Description

Casa Cinco Cupulos is located in an excellent location, at the end of a cul de sac. The villa exudes a pleasant atmosphere of peace and relaxation. There are 10 beaches within walking distance of the villa. Praia das Fontainhas is perhaps the most photogenic of these beaches. The supermarket and various restaurants are also within walking distance. The village of Alporchinhos is excellent for families with children and is located between Carvoeiro, Porches and Armacao de Pera.

The villa was completely renovated in 2021 while retaining some very nice details, such as the inside of the domes. The furniture is also composed with respect for the building, so that it matches the atmosphere and character of the villa. The pool has a very central location and measures 8 x 4 meters and is equipped with sun loungers. There is an internal staircase, for easy access.
The garden offers plenty of shade for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Accommodation: 14 persons, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms
Ground floor: Living room with 2 seater sofa + 3 seater sofa and 3 chairs. Fireplace (not for use), TV with Chromecast.
Guest toilet + bidet. Well equipped kitchen with induction hob, kettle, coffee maker with cups, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, etc.
Dining room with table and 9 chairs, laundry room with combi fridge/freezer and a door to the outside.
Bedroom 1: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) which can also be made up as 2 single beds. Bathroom en-suite with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) which can also be made up as a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Patio doors to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 3: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) which can also be made up as a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. This bedroom is the only one with air conditioning (extra costs). Patio doors to the garden.
Bedroom 4: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) which can also be made up as 2 single beds. Bathroom en-suite with shower, sink, toilet. Beautiful dome in the ceiling which can be attractively illuminated. Patio doors to the garden.
Bedroom 5: double bed (1.60 x 2.00) The bedroom also has a beautiful dome which can be attractively lit.
Bedroom 6: typical Portuguese double bed which is more suitable for 2 children or 1 adult (1.35 x 1.80)
Guest toilet with bidet.

First floor:
Bedroom 7: kitchenette with fridge, sink. two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) with patio doors to a roof terrace which is equipped with 2 sunloungers and a seat with 2 chairs. A shade cloth has been placed to enjoy optimally and ideal to isolate you from the group for a while. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Outside: Private parking for at least 5 cars, shaded garden, terrace with swimming pool (8x4), sun loungers and a pond. Outdoor furniture.

NOTE: because the pool is directly located on the terrace, it can be dangerous for little children, so we recommend the villa for children above 6 years old or with a swimming diploma.
