Casa Charlotte was a fantastic property to stay in with our family. Excellent location, 10 mins from the Airport. Place spotless and could not fault it at all. Only thing I would say the roof terrace didn't have any safety rails or glass around it for young children etc.

My husband and I enjoyed the terrace whilst my children and their partners enjoyed the pool,so much so ,we have re booked again for this year .We have been visiting Calen porter for several years now and this is by far the best property we have stayed in. The villa is well situated from restaurants and the beach. Judy the owner was very friendly and helpful when booking and I would recommend this to friends, Response

Beautiful, spacious and clean villa with all the facilities required for a self catering holiday and in an excellent location (3 mins to the main square, bars and restaurants, 10 mins to beach). We were a family of 6 (Grandparents, parents and a 6 and 8 year old) and it was perfect for us. Judy answered all our questions before we arrived and John was also on hand when we had any question once we were at the villa. There was also a handy guide to the local bars/ restaurants at the villa which was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be able to holiday again here soon.Response
Fantastic Villacalle San Jorge, 65, menorca, 07730, Spain Date of Stay 8 Jul 2016 Helpful votes: 0/0 We returned to Cala'n Porter after holidaying in Lanzarote for a few years. Casa Charlotte was a great villa to stay in. This villa has been totally refurbished and extended and is in a great location. The decor and furnishings are fantastic. It is very well equipped and wants for nothing. The wee annex gave our daughter and her boyfriend their "own space" but secure in the knowledge we were right next door. Air-con throughout and it was very much appreciated in July. The only negative we had in the villa was the sink in the kitchen, the overflow is not plumbed in properly as we found out when we filled the sink with water for dishes and it poured down the overflow and right into the cupboard underneath! Just used dishwasher after that. The pool and pool area is beautiful with a much needed electric awning for those needing a little respite from the hot mid-day sun. Great villa perfect locationcalle San Jorge, 65, menorca, 07730, Spain Date of Stay 10 Jun 2016 Helpful votes: 0/0 Been to Cala n Porter many times staying at friends villa but needed something bigger this 3 bed villa was perfect clean spacious and modern and with 3 seperate bathrooms (2 ensuite) perfect for 3 couples Great location 2 min to main bars and restaurants and 5 min to beach The bedrooms have air con and the pool is lovely after a day on the beach Booking was easy and the on call team were brilliant when my son broke the washer got it fixed same day Definitely recommend and we are seriously considering booking again with friends next summer Martyn & Lorraine
