Description
A beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom villa with your own private pool and ocean views from the deck (can see Mallorca on a clear day!). The villa enjoys a large outdoor sun trap, shining on the pool/deck from mid-morning right through to sunset. It is located in an ideal spot, only a few minutes from the buzzing restaurants/bars of Cala'n Porter, as well as a few minutes from Cova d’en Xoroi (the famous cave bar) and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Together, this makes Villa Bella an ideal base for families, friends or a combination.Inside, there is a large lounge/dining area, that beautifully opens up to the terrace and those ocean views. Here, we have a sofa bed (sleeps an extra two people, if desired), along with air conditioning, a safe, Wi-fi, TV, Bose bluetooth music system, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, espresso machine, microwave, iron, hair dryers and more. It has all your home comforts, with strong hot water pressure, extra fans and night shutters to block out the light.
There are 2x wonderful outdoor eating areas (for the perfect sunset), along with a Menorcan BBQ and all the pool amenities you'd expect - including 7x sunbeds, 3x umbrellas and a pool night light. Perfect for those hot summer days.

Communication was first class and he was very patient when we had to change the dates of our holiday. We had a great time at the villa which we found to be closer to the town than other villas that we have stayed in previously. The villa itself is clean with everything you could possibly need.. The house is spacious with a great outside space. Don't hesitate to book!

Cala en porter is a beautiful place to stay You need to be fit tho if you want to take the steps down to the beach , but you can also drive
Marvellous villa in a splendid location
By Jasper on 30-Apr-2022My wife Ursula and I had the sheer joy of staying at Scott's villa in early May for a spring sojourn. It was, in a word, delightful. Although it was just two of us, it would be the perfect abode for a group holiday, as it is incredibly spacious, with terrific entertaining space. The villa is very clean with good amenities and a lovely pool. Scott has - in my view, very considerately - connected the television with British channels (which meant that after a day out exploring Menorca, we were able to enjoy a lethal one-two combo of an Arsenal game followed by an episode of Downton Abbey - a memorable holiday indeed)! Scott's villa is in a splendid location, a brief stroll from the heart of Cala En Porter's restaurants, its famous beach and the stunning views of Mirador del Mediterráneo. Meanwhile, Scott is a charming (and according to Ursula, a handsome) young chap, with whom it was, truly, a pleasure to deal. Scott was very responsive and offered some wonderful tips on places to eat and explore. Overall, it was a magical holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed staying with Scott and wish him the very best.
Villa bella
By Jackie on 09-Jul-2021We had a lovely week in villa bella. The villa was in an great position on a quiet residential road but not far from the shops, bars/restaurants. The villa was spacious and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was excellent and a good size. Plenty of outside tables/chairs sun beds. Scott the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this villa.
Brilliant stay
By Jade on 21-Aug-2020We visit Menorca regularly, so we have stayed in lots of different accommodation types. This villa was absolutely beautiful, it was spotless and had everything we could need. The owner Scott was only a message away for help, a lady called jenni came over to bring us more towels, they were very attentive. All round a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend.
