Description
Villa Oliver is a good-sized 3 bedroom villa in a secluded location and yet within a very short walk of Cala'n Porter's centre.The villa is very well presented, offering everything you will need for a relaxing break. The villa has a tourist licence (Registration Number: ET0496ME) and therefore you can be assured of the quality of the accommodation. The large bedrooms all come with an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. One bedroom has a safe for added peace of mind and there is a hairdryer available in each bedroom. The well-stocked kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, built-in oven, gas hob and microwave. The living / dining room has a celing fan, a flatscreen TV with an Amazon Firestick (offering access to live British TV) and a bluetooth speaker. There is unlimited wi-fi in the villa.
Outside there is a large garden with a private pool and patio area offering total seclusion if required. The pool has a separate shallow end suitable for small children and an outside shower. There is a shaded eating area next to the barbecue and sun loungers to add to your enjoyment of this beautiful villa.
The villa is within 3 minutes walk of the town centre and its bars and restaurants. The fantastic restaurant 007 is opposite the villa however this is not noisy or open late. The town also has supermarkets, a chemist and ATMs. Cala'n Porter's beautiful beach is 15 minutes walk via a set of steps or alternatively there is a bus which runs to and from the beach during peak periods. There is a kids play park near the villa and an astroturf basketball / football pitch. The villa is approximately 15 minutes from the airport by car or alternatively taxis are available outside the airport with an approximate fare of 25 euro.
The changeover day for the villa is Friday although we may be flexible out of peak periods. Check-in time on the day of arrival is 16.00 and check-out time on the day of departure is 10.00.
To secure the booking, a deposit of 25% of the rental cost is required. The balance of the rental cost, a £200 refundable damages deposit and the tourist tax are payable 10 weeks before departure. Tourist tax per person over 16 is £15 for a one week stay or £25 for a two week stay.

Lovely comfortable villa in a great location

Even a lovely rustic tapas restaurant opposite which serves great food in a lovely setting. Pool area is nice and private and surrounded by beautiful flowering bushes. Very comfortable.

Perfect villa, perfect location

The outside area is beautifully maintained and there are two large tables both with 6 chairs so you can choose to eat in the shade or the sun. The location is central and everything is within easy walking distance - a few minutes to the supermarkets and the wide variety of restaurants and cafes. This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as perfect as the first time in 2017. Thank you for letting us stay.
