The pictures of Villa Nico do not do it justice. It is beautifully appointed, modern, clean & fresh. The owners have clearly thought about every possible want/need of visitors with an array of utensils, appliances and often forgotten bits & bobs. We loved the pictures that had clearly been thought about to showcase Menorca. And the bed is beyond comfortable! The location means you are far enough away from the centre to not be disturbed by music etc, but close enough to walk in to enjoy the facilities. Finally we have to mention Abby, the owner. She was an absolute delight to deal with. Professional, friendly, prompt & kind. Talked to us through every step, even after we had left took the time to message us. And having stayed at many Villas over the years, the detailed guest information booklet was second to none. Can’t recommend enough.
Villa Nico is a lovely villa and we really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is modern with air conditioning and it has everything that you need. The pool is of a good size. It is only a 10 minutes walk from the beach or town centre where the restaurants are located. Villa Nico is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and I would definitely like to come back.
We stayed at Villa Nico for 8 days in July '24 with our two daughters. It's perfectly located within a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Very detailed and clear instructions were provided before we arrived with a very useful brochure on hand inside the villa with suggestions of places to go, vendors to use, restaurants, beaches, car hire, sightseeing options etc. The villa is well kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. Everything was well maintained and in excellent working order. We'd certainly like to return for another stay at Villa Nico!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nico, plenty of room and lovely pool area. The main town was a stones throw from the villa and the beach only a 10min walk. Would definitely go there again. Thank you.
Had a wonderful week in this newly refurbished villa. Bed extremely comfortable, air con was needed and very welcome. Villa is equipped with everything you need. Outside furniture very comfortable with parasols to keep you cool. Not too far to walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Ideal for couples or families, I'm sure anyone who stays will have a great holiday.
