Villa Pearl is amazing for the price. We had a few minor issues which weren’t the fault of the host. He always responded quickly to emails. There had been a storm which meant the pool lighting, outdoor shower and garden features didn’t work and the remote for the canopy over the patio had been removed as the battery had ran out and had to be ordered from England. We were without this for the 2 week stay. Only other issue was toilet constantly refilling and making a noise but we just turned it off. There was absolutely no basic kitchen supplies ie salt/pepper, kitchen cloth, spray but appreciate that some owners would rather there was a clean sweep after guests. There was however a decent welcome pack including dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, water, milk, butter, teabags etc. The kitchen appliances are top notch. Villa Pearl is ideally situated in Cala’n Porter. She’s right up the end so very peaceful and quiet at night but a few minutes walk into the centre. I actually don’t think there’s a better part of C P to be bases. I hired a car as my grandchildren came for the first 5 days and thought the steps down to the beach would be too much for them (aged 4 & 7) but we didnt need it for going into the centre at night. When they left I didn’t use the car at all. The beds and living areas were extremely comfortable. The outside space and pool was lovely. On the whole I couldnt recommend this villa or host highly enough.
This villa is home from home, everything about it is top notch, we have stopped in many villas and this is easily the best, electronic gates, safety, high security, and top of the range kitchen, no expense spared, Malcolm the owner was there for every question you might have. Excellent
A fantastic villa that simply has everything for a perfect family holiday. The villa itself is heaven, not only the magnificent views, but the well-styled modern interior and the beautiful garden were truly breathtaking. It is a perfect location and so close to all amenities, restaurants and shops. Malcolm as host was very helpful and provided all the necessary information to make our stay very relaxing. We hope to return sooner rather than later. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.”

Had a very good week in Malcolm’s villa, it is very spacious, with modern furniture, well equipped kitchen, with ice making American fridge and large swimming pool with more than enough room to chase the sun with the loungers.
Amazing property, everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Great location and would thoroughly recommend for a family holiday. Owner very helpful and provided all the necessary information to make our stay very relaxing.
