Description

Situated on the ground floor in the Siestamar 1 complex in Calan Porter, Menorca. There is a communal pool with child’s section and a children’s play area. It’s just a couple of minutes walk to the the centre of Calan Porter. The apartment has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to people.....the master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to a small terrace, the second bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes, the third bedroom has a single bed with pullout bed, fan and fitted wardrobes. There is a lounge/diner with patio doors leading to the terrace which has patio furniture for al fresco dining, a separate kitchen with washing machine and a full bathroom. The apartment offers free WiFi & U.K. tv channels.
Check in time is 4pm, checkout 10am. Changeover day is flexible where possible. The apartment has the Balearic tourist licence.
