Villa Mandia - In the immediate vicinity of three beautiful beaches

The natural stone holiday home is located close to the lovely village of Porto Cristo (6km) in a quiet residential area and has a living room, a private pool, 3 bedrooms with airconditioning as well as 2 bathrooms and offers space for up to 6 people.

The house is very well equipped for cooking and with a gas barbecue the ideal home for family and friends holiday. There are 2 dining terraces and comfortable sun beds at the private pool available.

150 m from the centre of the village Cala Mendia, you can find all shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés. The cristal clear bays with fine, white sandy beach Cala Mandia (at 400 m), Cala Anguila (at 800 m) and Cala Romantica (at 1000 m) make your beach holiday perfect!

Manacor the next bigger city with the tennis academy of Rafael Nadal is only 16 km away and offers shopping and sightseeing facilities.

Parking spaces are available on the street in front of the property. Bed linen, 2 towels and 1 pool towel are included.

We provide good WiFi (fibre optic / 300Mbit), air condition in all bedrooms, satellite TV, two baby cots and two highchairs as well as a fireplace and infrared heaters for the winter season, which makes the house an all year around spot.

With the new photovoltaic system, we are making our contribution to saving CO2.

Terms of payment:
The deposit of 20% is payable after booking; the balance 4 weeks before arrival..

Cancellation policy:
Refund in case of cancellation: more than 6 months to arrival: 80%, 3 -6 months : 50%, 1 - 3 months: 20%, less than 30 days: no refund.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

EUR 95 for final cleaning, deposit EUR 200.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ein perfektes Haus absolut makellos. Man hat 3 Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe (zu Fuß erreichbar) und einen kleinen Supermarkt in 2min Fußweg. Extrem nette Besitzer, die sich sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemühen. Wirklich sehr herzlich. In der Nachbarschaft waren leider sehr laute und unerzogene Hunde. Das war das einzige Manko.

Susanne ist eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und war sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer erreichbar. Bereits vor der Ankunft wurden uns wichtige Informationen zur Unterkunft als auch zum Wohnort mitgeteilt. Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern. Sehr saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Morgens haben wir uns am Pool entspannt, mittags waren wir an den Buchten, die fußläufig erreichbar waren und den Abend haben wir dann auf der Terrasse beim Grillen abklingen lassen. Ich kann die Villa an jede Gruppe, ob groß oder klein nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!
