We enjoyed a fabulous 10 days in this beautiful apartment. The amount of outdoor living space is exceptional, with the highlight being the roof terrace which has fantastic views across the rooftops to the sea. The apartment was very clean, and nicely decorated, all the rooms are spacious with air con in the bedrooms and lounge. There are ample shops close to the apartment (2 x Spar supermarkets), and local restaurants to choose from, we were recommended Rotas das Sabores and Innamorato in Cabanas and OTonel’s in Tavira, all three of them were fantastic. We visited Tavira and Vila Real de Santo Antonio where we took the ferry to Ayamonte in Spain. A big thanks to Martin, who was great during the booking process and very helpful prior to our stay in his apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing break. Neil and Ellie.
Thank you for a lovely stay at your apartment, It was great!! We stayed as a family of three and had the best week. The apartment had everything we needed. The two terraces were the perfect touch and we spent lots of time out there. This is our second time to the area, and the location could not have been better. Thanks again, already recommended the place to our family.
We loved this apartment. The accommodation is beautifully clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The rooms are large and airy with air con in the bedrooms and lounge. The beds are very comfortable and the lounge area has large inviting seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could wish for. The outside terraces are amazing. There is a huge dining area, a barbecue and and further seating area outside the bedroom. Up some stairs is an amazing roof terrace with loungers and table and chairs. It is fully covered with a sail so offers a shady place all day long. Outside is a share pool area. We highly recommend this apartment and found the owners so pleasant and helpful. There is a wonderful manual in the flat that has information on everything you could possibly want to know about the area - restaurants, bars, transport, shopping, doctors etc, etc. We found it a mine of very useful information. The apartment is very centrally situated in Cabanas and within very easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the boat to the beach, whilst still being in a quiet neighbourhood. We will certainly be returning.
We had a great time in the lovely apartment. We used the outside areas a lot, fantastic for breakfast and evening drinks. The roof terrace has fantastic views and the sun shade was much appreciated! Martin and Laura have provided everything you could need in the apartment, we particularly loved the new shower. Would definitely return to this apartment if staying in Cabanas. Dave, Jane & Samuel
We spent a lovely 10 days in Martin's spacious, quiet, spotless apartment. It was very hot while we were there, and also a rail strike, so we didn't explore the wider area as much as we might have done. However, the charm of Cabanas de Tavira and long walks/swims on the beach kept us very happy. We spent a couple of days just relaxing in the apartment, using the amazing outdoor terraces and swimming in the pool on the ground floor. The shade sail on the huge upper terrace, together with a cooling breeze, were perfect, especially for stargazing at night. The kitchen is spacious and very well-equipped. The local SPAR supermarket has everything you need within a 5 minute walk. There are many shops and restaurants to choose from, and the local fish/fruit/veg market is open in the mornings. We definitely want to return - everything is just perfect. Faro is about 40 mins' drive from Cabanas - we used City Airport taxis (£63 return). Thank you.
We stayed at the Villa for 6 days and it was fantastic, it has all the small bits you need to make your holiday stress free. The outside space of the Villa is incredible, an amazing roof terrace with a sea view. The pool is nice and big and set mostly in the shade. It is a short walk down the hill into town to all the bars and great little restaurants. The local beach is beautiful and also an easy walk into town and then a little boat transfer for €1-50 We found everything about our stay wonderful, comfortable beds, air con, little cool box you can borrow, just small touches that make all the difference. Communication was clear from initial enquiry all the way through post holiday. We would highly recommend this villa to anybody thinking about visiting Cabanas, it is a beautiful part of Portugal.
