Description

A spacious second floor, 1 bedroom apartment with balconies front and back. It sleeps 4, ideally 2 Adults and 2 children. The back balcony is south facing with sun from mid morning until sunset. All bedlinen and Towels are supplied (including beach towels). Hairdryer supplied.

There is a double bedroom and a double sofabed for the lounge. The lounge door has a pull down blind for extra privacy when the extra bed is in use. Bathroom with shower and bidet and a heater for the winter months. The modern fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, coffee machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a good size lounge with a Smart TV and free wifi is included.

The lounge and Bedroom have Air conditioning and Electric Panel heaters for the winter months.

It is approximately a 10 - 15 minutes walk to the busy seafront of Cabanas de Tavira, which has an excellent selection of bars and restaurants. It is close to local amenities and Benamor Golf Course is just a few minutes walk away. There is a very well stocked supermarket, a Pharmacy, and several Cafes and Restaurants within a few minutes walk. The Train station is a five minute walk away and there are regular trains to Tavira, Vila Real, Faro and many other destinations. Taxis are also reasonably priced. Pedros taxis are local and very reliable.

There is also the option to use a pool at a nearby complex for a small charge for most of the year.

Janet place is absolutely fabulous, large two bedroom apartment spotless clean and with all amenities, lovely peaceful area as well as. Little train station just across the road it is handy for exploring. It is up on the 3rd floor and 15 minutes walk to Cabanas which was fine for myself and my wife as we are both fit and active. We actually really enjoyed the walk in to cabanas and there are a couple of bars on the way. Fabulous value and we will be back.

We had a great stay at Janet’s place. We had a little problem with some unexpected repair work by the next door neighbors. I contacted Janet and she resolved the problem immediately. She couldn’t have been more helpful or nice. We also enjoyed the area and there were a lot of good restaurants locally. We would definitely recommend Janet for future visits.
