Fantastic private (not overlooked at all ) villa with stunning panoramic views, peaceful, great facilities, comfortable beds. Stayed August 2024, can be a windy location, but the curved wall around one end of the wall provided escape from breeze if required. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby in Salema and Budens. Only minor disappointment was the pool table, which is warped to the point it cannot be played...no big deal at all, as didn't book it for the pool table.
Just returned from a fantastic 3 weeks at Villa 103. Brilliantly appointed home for a large family like ours with plenty of space both inside and out. Located very close to the beautiful Salema village and local beaches. Pool thoroughly enjoyed by the children on non beach days and the views from the sheltered outdoor dining/bbq area are spectacular. Whole family keen to return next year. Communication with the owner Peter was faultless.
We had a fabulous time in Peter’s villa. We couldn’t fault anything - it is such a lovely villa and we used the bbq many an evening. The directions and self check in were easy, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and basics, the pool was lovely and quite protected from the wind. We found amazing coffee spots in Lagos old town and in Sagres, loved exploring different beaches and had nothing but friendly service everywhere we went. We’ll be back!
Absolutely loved our family holiday whilst staying in this villa. The villa is spacious, well decorated and has everything you need. The outside gardens are breathtaking and the pool and pool side loungers are fantastic. The villa is on a golfing complex and our children were able to use the gym facilities, we had a go on the driving range and ate at the bar with views over the golf course. Peter was great providing us with lots of suggestions for places to visit and eat out. His instructions on how to get there were perfect in fact nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend staying here and booking with Peter. A few great places we found for eating out were Kisa in Lagos ( who do great Gluten Free pizzas and pasta) Also the Spice Cottage in Salema would highly recommend both. Overall a fantastic experience from initial enquiry to a wonderful holiday. Thank you!

We loved everything about our stay at this property, it is simply stunning with amazing panoramic views of the sea. There is everything you could wish for and the owner, Peter and manager Marie were both easy to reach and responded very quickly to any questions. We will definitely be back again soon. We were two families of 3 and the bedrooms worked perfectly, plenty of room in the villa and the swimming pool and pool area was fab. Thank you again Peter for the wonderful stay at your house.

Wonderful and luxurious house in a beautiful and wellkept area. The house is very well equipped and has a great terrace with a fantastisk view to all sides. The owner of the house was very kind and informative and provided us with a lot of useful information prior to our trip. Definitely worth a visit!
