We stayed here for two weeks, everything was brilliant, from the booking to the arrival. Owners were easy to get in touch with if we needed any help and Sandra was very helpful. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was much appreciated in the hot weather! We didn’t hire a car but chose to use Ubers to get around, they didn’t cost much and it worked out cheaper for us than hiring a car plus we didn’t have the stress of getting lost! We couldn’t recommend this villa enough.
Another wonderful holiday at Terra Relvada! I have loved holidaying here with family and friends for the last few years. It’s ample space had meant it’s been ideal for our family to get together (and plenty of room to have our own space too!). Many fantastic memories have been made in the gardens. Can’t wait to get back. Richard and Jackie are fantastic to deal with and have always been very accommodating to our needs.
We spent a week in this lovely villa. It's in a quiet location but not far from all the amenities by car. The welcome was warm by the lady who looks after the villa, who showed us around when we arrived. It has wonderful grounds and great outdoor space with a good sized pool and the barbecue area is excellent. The villa is well maintained and furnished with all the amenities one would get at home. Very nice and good value.
Really nice villa, with barbecue, pool and and what you need to enjoy holidays. Located at 10-15 min by car from Albufeira and 20' from other nice beaches around, give a good access to the main spots of the area. We were 2 families (6 adults and 3 children) and everything matched our expectation. Thanks again!
Hayley G. Just Superb! 5 out of 5 I have holidayed in this particular villa 3 times and I would return again and again. For an away-from-it-all family holiday it is the perfect property, with a huge, well-maintained garden for children to run around and play games, a great swimming pool, roof lounging area and a wonderful barbecue where we easily cooked for the 8 of us. Though it is far enough from town to not be bothered by the hustle and bustle, those who want to can get to town easily in ten minutes by car or taxi and we did this a couple of times. Parking the car was easy in town with a couple of pay car parks and taxis were about €12. The villa itself is clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen with all that you need, comfy bedrooms and a great lounge and dining area - which we didn't use much as the outside areas were just irresistible! The cleaner and the gardener are friendly and helpful and there is always someone to call if you need help. We holiday there as an extended family and the communal areas are great but if you want a bit of privacy a couple of the bedrooms have more private little terraces and like I said- there is the roof space too so there is plenty of opportunity to get some time alone too, without locking yourself in your room. I can't fault it at all- all my holidays there have been lovely. The area around the villa is quiet but nice to go for a walk to look at the neighbours' gardens and check out the one or two local bar/post offices where you can get a ridiculously cheap coffee/beer/wine and say hello to the friendly villagers.
