The island's capital, Mahon, with its natural harbour and a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants, is less than a 15-minute drive from the property.
The property is situated on a spacious double plot of approximately 2,165 square meters, offering stunning sea views, lush gardens filled with indigenous plants and flowers, and multiple areas for relaxing in either the sun or shade. Adjacent to the lounge is a covered porch equipped with an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying al fresco family meals. The swimming pool, measuring 9.5 by 4.5 meters, is surrounded by a tiled terrace furnished with outdoor sofas and sunbeds. Additionally, a second dining table and chairs are positioned next to the large stone barbecue, which overlooks the expansive lawn and children's play area.

Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 75 % (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 500 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)
Eco-tax: 2.00 €/night/person 16 years and over
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the total price is payable for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.
