Fantastic Stay
Right from the start the host was brilliant, with great communication. They supplied a baby chair, cot and even shopping for our arrival as we flew in late. The villa was just as the images, a fantastic set up with a great pool, it was clean and spacious even with four adults and three children. The location was great, walking distance to both the beach and small town with a supermarket and delicious restaurants.
We had a fantastic week in Binibeca Nou. The house is in a brilliant location on a peaceful, residential road, a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants - a fabulous base to explore the island. The house was great and as described. Gurbia was super helpful and responsive. A very helpful digital guide was sent before our stay. The pool was lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. There is air conditioning in every bedroom. The showers aren't very powerful and we had to stagger shower timings as the hot water ran out fairly quickly, but that was the only very small negative. Thank you to Gurbia - we had a wonderful week!
We stayed for a week and had a lovely time at the villa. It was pefect for us and our young daughter. It was well located and you could walk to the beach and to restaurants and a supermarket near by which worked really well for us as we didn''t want to rent a car. The area the villa was in was really beautiful and the location itself was super quiet and peaceful. There were lots of kid toys around which was great for us (bucket and spade etc) as we could use these at the beach or around the pool. The house itself was also well equipped, particularly the kitchen area. Overall we had a lovely say and I''d recommend the villa and the host (who was super responsive and helpful) really highly.

La piscine est grande .très bonne communication avec la conciergerie.Tres dévoué et reactive. Translation: The location of this villa is exceptional. View of the sea. The house is large and very well equipped. Nothing is missing. The swimming pool is large. Very good communication with the concierge. Very dedicated and responsive.
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Biniduc, it’s spacious, well fitted out and well maintained with a lovely sun terrace and pool with lovely views out to the Mediterranean. It’s a short walk to the beach and maybe 10 minutes to the nearest bar/restaurant, so ideally located ! The neighbourhood is quiet and well kept! Would definitely return and we highly recommend it !
