Description
I am pleased to offer my recently purchased and extensively refurbished detached 4 Bedroom private Villa within the picturesque and much sort after area of Binibeca Vell in Menorca. The villa is located on a quiet street and is only a 5 minute walk from the charming Morrocan designed white washed fishing village, recently described as a Little Santorini. The village includes several good restaurants, cafes, a great cocktail bar, boutique shops and a small supermarket. For the children there is an amazing water park just along the coast with a miniature train running back and forward from the village. There is also a Diving and Kayak centre 15 mins away. The beach is only a 10-15 min walk.Villa Eunie is a charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom traditional Spanish property, recently refurbished in a Moroccan style and to a very high standard and can comfortably sleep 7 although will sleep 8. The Villa is situated adjacent to the coast road and offers excellant sea views from both the lower patio and from the roof terrace, which has been furnished to maximize the enjoyment of these views. Sunset is particularly amazing and not to be missed as you can see from one of my gallery pics, accompanied with a nice chilled glass of course. There is also a delightful view of Binibeca from the other side of the roof terrace.
The villa itself has 4 Bedrooms ( 1 King-size with en-suite incl bath & shower) and a further 2 double bedrooms with twin single beds and a family bathroom with walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom has just had a complete upgrade and has its own en-suite bathroom and shower and is adjacent to the pool area with seperate entrance. The room is ideal for single occupency but also has a 2nd bed so in fact the Villa can sleep 8. Cot and High Chair are also available.
The Lounge and in fact the whole decor of the villa is done to a very high standard in an African/Moroccan style.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all dishes and cutlery.
The outside areas of the villa are designed for maximum enjoyment, with a very private pool area which receives all day sun but also offers a few shady areas. The back patio area has seating around the table for 8-10 people and is a wonderful spot for meals, and also some afternoon shade. There is also the barbeque designed in Menorcan Green, the whole area is surrounded by flowers and once again offers maximum privacy.
A good Wifi system is available, phone reception is very good and every room has Air-Con. The villa is just a short 20 minute drive from Mahon the capital, but also just 10 minutes to Sant Lluis which offers some delightful boutique craft shops and the centre has some great bars and restaruants. There are also some excellent restaurants within walking distance from the villa, with the very smart Bambu especially nice with it's own coctail bar at the front and rooftop terrace dining area overlooking the beach. Car rental can be booked with a company I use (ask for details) or there is car rental located in the village.

Pool Heating is also available at £150 per week if required although only really needed in May, early June and mid September onwards.

By Ceri on 18-Apr-2025We had a brilliant holiday at Barry's villa. It had everything we needed and the pool was lovely- and perfect temperature (very rare!). The villa has lots of lovely little sun and shade spots for sitting and relaxing, including sea views from the roof. Great location too with bars, restaurants and the beach all in walking distance. Definitely keen to go back! Oh and my son loved the sky subscription- ha!
Beautiful well kept family villa

The villa has everything you could need and more, it is very homely with a focus on design and decor; the owner clearly cares and gives so much detail in the way of recommendations. All the rooms have Spanish traditional charm with mod cons. The pool is amazing with plenty of loungers, parasols for shade and multiple seating areas for eating. I almost forgot the beautiful terrace for drinks and sunsets!! Such a great position too…in close proximity to beaches/restaurants/walks/bars :) We’d love to return. Thank you xx

The interior decor has a homely feel with comfy beds and what we needed on the hot days a great air con in all rooms.The pool area for an adult family of 5 was perfect.Can’t fault anything about the villa. The 4min walk to the local shops/restaurants means a relaxing time without a car.Highly recommended it
Great Villa in Binibeca
By Ed Morgan on 31-Jul-2024We stayed in Villa Eunie for 2 weeks; we are a family of grandparents, daughter and 4 grandchildren aged 2 to 17. We had a great time and the pool was well used. My 4 year old granddaughter learned how to swim! Shops and restaurants are minutes away on foot. Binibeca beach is very good as is Cala en Porter - a car or taxi needed for the latter. Parking is on-street opposite the villa and we never had a problem getting a space there. The TV has lots of channels in English; if you have a Netflix account you can access it too. I can highly recommend staying in this villa.

By Lorraine Riley on 07-Jul-2024Just returned after a lovely very hot week in Binibecca, the villa was great everything you need and felt like a home and not just a rental. Barry was brilliant with information about restaurants etc. Kids loved pool and roof terrace great to escape them lol!! and for drinks etc before going out at night, lovely views and a great spot. Five minute walk to Binibecca Vell and walking distance to beach if you didn't want to take the car. The little pool room is lovely and decorated in a lovely holiday vibe. You will not be disappointed if you go to villa Eunie........thanks Barry for all the help etc
Lovely Villa in a great Location.
