Description
La Calera is a beautifully appointed luxury villa located in the peaceful residential area of Binibeca, one of Menorca’s most sought-after coastal destinations. Set in an elevated position with uninterrupted sea views, the villa is designed for comfort, relaxation and memorable holidays with family or friends.The property is within easy walking distance of Binibeca’s sandy beach, known for its calm, crystal-clear waters and family-friendly atmosphere. Local shops, cafés, beach bars and restaurants can also be reached on foot, while Mahón Airport is just a 15-minute drive away, making arrival and departure simple and convenient.
La Calera comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across seven well-appointed bedrooms. Five bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two additional interconnecting bedrooms are situated beneath the main terrace, both with ensuite shower rooms, making them ideal for children, teenagers or additional guests. All bedrooms feature silent air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and high-quality linens for a perfect night’s sleep.
Inside, the villa offers bright and spacious living areas designed to take full advantage of the sea views. The main living room provides comfortable seating, a Smart TV and high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach. Additional entertainment includes a games room with a pool table, table tennis and fitness equipment, offering something for all ages.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both convenience and enjoyment, featuring high-quality appliances, ample preparation space and everything needed for self-catering. A filtered and chilled drinking water tap and Nespresso coffee machine are provided, along with full cookware, glassware and tableware suitable for larger groups. A separate laundry room includes a washing machine and drying area.
Outdoor living is a highlight of La Calera. The private swimming pool (arguably one of the largest private pools in the area) is ideal for both adults and children, with shallow areas and a gentle slope. Pool heating is available for cooler months. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. Shaded terraces provide comfortable seating and an outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities, perfect for enjoying meals while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is surrounded by mature, landscaped gardens offering privacy and peaceful areas to unwind.
The property benefits from silent air conditioning throughout, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi in all areas, private parking and quality ensuite bathrooms with zero twist towels.

Beautiful property, perfect location and all round brilliant holiday
By Freddie R. on 24-Aug-2018I took my family to stay at La Calera this summer and we absolutely loved it. There were 12 of us in total but you barely knew it thanks to how spacious the property was. All of the bedrooms were a perfect size, the pool is huge, the games room was great and the kitchen was extremely well stocked for those wanting to self cater. The location couldn't have been better either. Short walk away from everything you need including the beach, small supermarket, bakery and some lovely restaurants and bars. I couldn't recommend the villa more to anyone going with a large group of people. We will definitely be coming back again.
Perfect family villa

Inside, the bedrooms are well proportioned and comfortable with most en-suites being modern. The bed linen and towels are of a high quality and beautifully clean. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of glasses etc if the villa is at capacity. There was a welcome pack which was most welcome! The separate laundry area was great space wise and the use of a second fridge and freezer was great for stocking up and extra drinks. It was also good to have purified drinking water from a tap which saved buying endless bottles of water. The sitting area was comfortable and cosy. Outside, this villa is unbeatable. Through the mature garden you catch glimpses of the beautiful views. There is more than enough seating for 15 people to relax ,and at meal times. The pool is stunning and was enjoyed by young and old alike. There are plenty of sun beds. It’s just a short walk to a well stocked, small supermarket and some restaurants, we enjoyed El Faro twice as a family. A villa for all generations to make happy memories.
Perfect villa for a family holiday

Everything about it is generous from the spacious terrace and living areas, to the 7 bedrooms all with ensuites. It is situated a very short walk from a seaside village with an excellent patisserieu002Fbakery and several good restaurants and bars. The beach is another 5 minutes walk from there. However, the large swimming pool at the villa was just as popular. Our grandchildren enjoyed the toys and playhouse and we all appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows and the supply of toiletries unusual in this kind of house let. The house is attractively furnished throughout. In the evenings we watched the sun going down beyond the sea from the lovely terrace. Highly recommended.
Fantastic family holiday
