Description

Villa Helene is a secluded, spacious and comfortable villa. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a private pool and generous gardens.
The villa is close to the beach and all amenities (approx. 10 minutes walk)
The mature gardens surround the house and give a wonderful feeling of privacy. The villa sits in a plot of just under 1000m2.
The villa has double patio doors which open onto the private pool. There is an outdoor dining area and a covered patio. The perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying life. The master bedroom has it's own terrace and covered pergola.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning the family room has a ceiling fan as well.
There is also a terrace at the back of the house, a good place to work or take a coffee.

The villa is on one level apart from three steps up to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The main part of the villa is open plan and faces towards the pool. The indoor dining area has windows overlooking the pool and garden. The kitchen also has windows looking into the garden and a back door on to the back terrace. All the ceilings are high with white beams giving a light and airy feel to the house.
The mature garden includes olive trees, fig trees and a lemon tree giving wonderful light and natural shade in the heat of the day.
The villa plot is approximately 1000m2 so plenty of space and privacy and the occasional wild tortoise!
For Spring and Autumn there is a log burning stove (with plenty of logs available)

Price is for a maximum of 6 people.
If the booking is for only 2 people we can make a reduction in price.

We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and beach towels. For a 2 week stay we include a mid stay clean and linen and towel change.
We also provide a housekeeping welcome pack with practical items, washing up liquid, toilet paper and clothes washing pods.

Binibeca's beautiful beach is a short walking distance from the villa and Cala Torret about 10 minutes walk where you can find a good choice of restaurants, a dive school and supermarket. A 15 minute walk will take you to Binibeca Vell where there is also a good choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, car rental, ATM and shops.

TO BOOK:
We request a 30% deposit and the balance is due 12 weeks before departure along with a security deposit.
