We really enjoyed everything about our stay at this property, it was all we were hoping for and more. A very comfortable Villa, clean and spacious with a great sized pool. It is Ideally located, peaceful and private, with amazing views too. The Villa is only 5mins drive from shops & restaurants etc. I would recommend having a car because there are so many nice beaches and other places to explore - our particular favourite was Moraira, only a 10 to 15min drive, perfect for spending an afternoon wandering around the marina and enjoying the shopping and restaurants, plus a big outdoor market on a Friday. We will definitely be looking to return for another stay! Thanks John & Pat.
What can we say apart from a perfect villa for our first holiday in 2 years. Fantastic communication right from the start of our booking from the owners. The villa was spacious, comfortable and has an incredible family feel to it. The outside seating areas were lovely and one of the main attractions for us as a family was the privacy of the villa. As a family we have stayed in several different villas and this one has been our favourite, we have already secured it for next year. Thank you John and Pat for sharing your home with us.
AS SOON AS WE ENTERED THE GATE, WE ALL SAID 'WOW', WE WERE BEAMING AT THE WONDERFUL LOOKING POOL, OUTSIDE AREA AND SCENERY. THE VILLA HAS THE PERFECT LAYOUT WITH PLENTY OF SPACE IN EACH ROOM! THERE IS NOTHING THAT WE COULD SEE THAT THE OWNERS HAVENT THOUGHT OF. THERE IS PLENY OF CROCKERY, UNTENSILS ETC. THE WASHING MACHINE WAS SOOO EASY TO USE. I SPOKE TO THE OWNERS SEVERAL TIMES WITH QUERIES AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE, VERY HELPFUL AND EXTEMLEY INFORMATIVE WITH DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS WITH VILLA AIRCON ETC.
We had a fabulous week at John & Pat's villa. From booking way back in January, up to arriving home communication between us was amazing. Prompt and thorough. The villa is home from home but in amazing surroundings. 3 spacious, clean air conditioned bedrooms, 1 of which is an ensuite. A great open plan living room and nice size kitchen. It's very comfortable. The pool has plenty of space for sunbathing with plenty of loungers and patio furniture. Everything is in very good condition and looked after too We hade a lovely relaxing week here - 4 adults and a teen so i fully recommend, with or without kids
Spent 2 very relaxing weeks at John and Pats Villa with husband and 2 daughters. Correspondence with both John and Pat prior and during our stay was excellent. The villa is lovely, very spacious and everything you could need for a lovely holiday. The pool is very private, with lovely comfy furniture and lighting for the evening. Beaches in the area were quite busy, but we preferred the pool anyway! Went to a few local restaurants, all very nice and the Benitachell taxi service was great. Highly recommend this villa, and the area.
The property is fantastic, home from home. Quite but has all you need for your stay. You will need a car.
