The villa is set in large grounds and has a 8 m x 4 m pool with Roman steps for easy access and an outdoor shower. It has a shaded decking area and a covered naya, both with modern furniture. There is a colourful Mediterranean garden with fruit trees and shrubs.
When entering the villa you step into the large modern kitchen diner which has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, separate wine fridge and an air conditioning/heating unit. To the right are the twin and double rooms both with en-suite shower rooms and air-conditioning. To the left is the large lounge which has more than ample seating to escape from the sun. The lounge has a large TV with UK Free View TV channels, a DVD player, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is Fiber Optic Wifi, a desk and office chair and windows with mosquito nets.
Sliding doors take you onto the pool terrace. Leading off the lounge are stairs to the upstairs master bedroom with en-suite shower room, air conditioning unit, and large private balcony with modern furniture to enjoy the sea views. Also off the lounge is access to the downstairs master bedroom which has air-conditioning, ample storage and an ensuite bathroom with separate bath and large walk in shower.
The pool terrace is well equipped with 8 sun loungers, dining table & 8 chairs and a gas BBQ.

The property is surrounded by Mediterranean garden, surrounding the 8 m x 4 m pool is a large tiled terrace. The pool has Roman steps and an approx. depth of 1.00 m at the shallow end and 2.00 m at the deep end. There is a roof terrace perfect for sunbathing. There is a gas BBQ.
Details on the Coast and Beach
The villa is close to the coast and the resorts of Moraira and Calpe. Other beach resorts such as Denia, Altea and Javea are all within a 30 minute drive.
Golf Details
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 20 minutes by car.
Travelling to the Property
Alicante airport is 90 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the villa is just 9 km from here.
Useful Distances
Moraira which has a good balance of refined restaurants, bars and shops is just a 10 minute drive. Market day is Friday. There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.
Further Details
There is a selection of DVD's, games and books along with a pool table. Changeover days are flexible, but it is requested that guests vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
No smoking and no pets in the villa.
Air conditioning is charged as an extra €100 supplement per week.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.
