It’s almost like your own private resort with the luxury feel of a boutique hotel. A sprawling estate of over 13,000 sq mtrs, totally private and tucked away, but only a few minutes to amenities. The house can accommodate large groups but no matter what your group size is, it will always be for your exclusive use.
Surrounded by lush mature Mediterranean gardens, a tranquil space where nature truly comes to life. Each space has been meticulously crafted to prioritize your comfort and that of your guests. The outside spaces are vast, with plenty of areas to sit, chat, relax and enjoy, your group will always have room to breathe and unwind without feeling crowded.
Activities
On-site, guests can enjoy a wide range of amenities including a private tennis court complete with rackets and balls, a swimming pool (which can be heated during cooler months) with towels provided, table tennis, beach volleyball, pétanque, and a professional pool table.
For retreat hosts, there's a fully equipped gym, outdoor yoga deck and a serene indoor yoga shala featuring both heating and air conditioning, along with all essential props, mats, blocks, straps, cushions, and bolsters, to support every practice.
Interior
The main house spans three spacious levels and comfortably accommodates up to 26 guests. It features 10 well-appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning and central heating, and 10 bathrooms for added convenience (floor plan available).
Expansive sliding glass doors create a seamless flow between the terraces and the contemporary open-plan living areas. These include inviting lounges, a games room, and dining space all leading into a vast 60-square-metre kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for groups, featuring two large refrigerators, one freezer, two dishwashers, two ovens, a microwave, and a washing machine. Guests will also find an array of appliances and essentials including multiple tea and coffee-making facilities, pots, pans, rice cookers, a waffle maker, juicers, and ample crockery and cutlery. Additional touches include cups, glasses, baking trays, breakfast accessories, chopping boards, cereal jars, cake plates, and more, everything you need for a comfortable and well-catered stay.
Bedrooms
Each of the bedrooms is generously sized and thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring hot/cold air conditioning and central heating for year-round climate control. You'll find either fitted or standalone wardrobes with drawers, bedside lighting, and a full-length mirror in every room.
Our versatile bedding arrangements allow for super king-sized beds or twin setups, offering flexibility to suit individual preferences. Soft, plump pillows and lightweight yet cozy duvets ensure a restful night’s sleep. High-quality linen is provided, along with beach, bath, and hand towels—all of which can be refreshed upon request.

Outdoor Comfort & Poolside Luxury
Our expansive terraces are thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and connection. Cabana beds and sun loungers are arranged throughout the space, inviting you to unwind in style. Rustic grass umbrellas offer natural, dappled shade, while several covered lounge areas provide cool, comfortable retreats at any time of day—perfect for long, lazy afternoons or an al fresco siesta.
At the heart of it all is our lagoon-style swimming pool, with its gently sloping entrance that’s perfect for all ages and swimming abilities. The pool can be heated during the cooler months, making it a year-round delight.

EXTRAS
Maid service
Our optional maid service offers comprehensive room care to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. This service includes making all beds, a general tidy-up, and a thorough cleaning of each bedroom and bathroom. It can be scheduled at your convenience as frequently as you prefer. The rate is £60 per hour, with a standard two-hour duration typically sufficient for our team to complete the service.
Mid Week Clean
This optional service provides a thorough cleaning of all communal areas, including outdoor spaces. The service is available at a rate of £60 per hour, with a standard three-hour duration typically sufficient for our team to complete the service.
Bed Linen and Towel Change
For a mid-stay refresh, we offer a bed linen change at £10 per person. Towel changes, which include both bath and hand towels, are available at £5 per person.
Heating of Swimming Pool
During the cooler months, pool heating is available for an additional charge of £35 per day, with a minimum booking of 5 days. However, please note that if the evening temperature drops significantly, it can become challenging to maintain the water's heat. Additionally, in conditions where the outside temperature is too low, the heat pump may not be able to heat the water to a comfortable level.

To make your stay even more effortless and enjoyable, we offer a range of catering options and private chef services, completely tailored to your group. After all, you’re on holiday, no one wants to spend their time cooking. Whether it’s a fresh breakfast to start the day, brunch by the pool, easy lunches, laid-back BBQs, or beautifully prepared dinners under the stars, we’ll help you enjoy delicious meals without the effort.
Our talented chefs are happy to chat through your group’s preferences and create the perfect menu, whether it’s just for one special evening or throughout your stay.
All dietary requirements are catered for, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly menus. Prices start at €12 for breakfast, €18 for lunch, and €25 for dinner, and we can also supply teas, coffees, local wines (with optional wine pairing), beers, spirits, and cocktails to complete the experience.
Everything is flexible, personal, and designed to make your time at Oodles Retreat as relaxed and memorable as possible.

By Kelly Slade on 18-May-2024What can I say? The most incredible retreat experience. As a yoga teacher we are really unsure about booking a retreat space, if this is you please do not hesitate. The grounds, the rooms and bathrooms are impeccable. If you’d like to offer your yoga community a 5* venue, look no further. Debbie and Ian have created the most wonderful space in Benissa. A true home away from home with all the facilities we wish we could have. Debbie is so helpful, one of the best and kindest souls who truly goes above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a family holiday there are so many amenities which will make sure you’re not falling over each other. I will be returning with my family and also my yoga community next year and I can not wait to be here again. Thank you Debbie, it’s because of you that my retreat was the resounding success it was.

By Dennis Gepp on 10-Nov-2023Dear Debbie and Ian Despite your perfect instructions, Oodles can be rather difficult to find - but when you arrive - wow! The property is immaculately maintained and is spotless. And there is much more room than we thought, with plenty of seating and breakout areas. And outside is so much more. The swimming pool is perfect and the seating and number of loungers gives everyone a choice of where to go to relax. The outside space comes as a really pleasant surprise. The tennis court, outdoor bar, poolside BBQ and seating for all, petanque and beach volleyball....and I could go on. But what makes Oodles even better than just its physical attributes are the well researched and recommended chefs, restaurants, car and taxi services etc. And, if any minor thing arises, the prompt and helpful responses from Debbie and Ian ensure a successful and speedy outcome. I've taken my family to a number of large holiday homes, but Oodles stands head and shoulders above the pack. Thank you both for letting us share your wonderful retreat.

The villa was amazing and the pool, pool table, table tennis etc. made for a fun filled holiday for the kids, and the parents too! Everything was as described, all the rooms were great and there was plenty of space for a big group of 20+ Debbie and Ian could not have been more helpful - very responsive and went out of their way to help ensure we had an amazing stay. If you stay at Oodles we're sure you'll have an amazing time!
Absolute Best Time!
By Noortje Groosman on 03-Sep-2023We rented the entire villa for 4 nights and had the absolute best time. The house truly has everything you need and want and the hosts are delightful. There is lots of seating indoors and outdoors; the spaces are well thought out and there's a space for everyone's taste. The grounds have ample parking, an outdoor kitchen, sports courts and a pool, and all the equipment is included. We could not have been happier - it is genuinely an amazing Spanish retreat. Highly recommend!
Fantastic, dreamlike villa that has exceeded all expectations
By Iris on 26-Sep-2019First, I want to say I want to go back to the villa and spend the rest of my life there. It's really an incredible dream villa and it's perfectly equipped. The occasion of our trip was an anniversary and we booked the villa with 20 people and a toddler. It was not easy to find accommodation of this size in advance. It was important to us that all fellow travellers had a nice room with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. The pool was also at the top of our wish list and ideally there is a large, convivial table for dining outside. When I discovered the villa in Benissa, I was already so enthusiastic about the pictures that we asked for the accommodation without further ado. The communication with the owner was fast, reliable and courteous. We received a lot of support in selecting carterers and providers of activities in the area. When we finally arrived, our expectations were absolutely exceeded. The house is beautifully furnished, very clean and perfectly equipped. The large kitchen invites you to cook, the bedrooms are cosy and provide a good night's sleep. The outdoor area is equipped with a lounge area, a large (sun covered) dining area and a bar with a gigantic grill. Around the wonderful pool there are many possibilities to sit and relax. Around the house there is a tennis court, a boules court, a small volleyball court and a table tennis table. In the house, lovers of billiards can play a round. We are glad that we had planned only one trip during our stay, because the villa offers so many possibilities and hardly wishes remain open. Nevertheless, a part of the group made an excursion. On the one hand there was a kayak tour along the coast with a snorkeling trip and on the other hand the more courageous of our group went to Anna for canyoning. Both were very exciting and it is nice to return to such a beautiful house after the activity. During our stay we had a self organized barbecue on one evening and a caterer on 2 evenings and it is really great to just sit down at the table and enjoy. But there are many well-stocked supermarkets nearby. By the way, for toddlers and babies the villa offers incredible equipment - from a baby phone, child seat, changing blanket, baby cot up to a swimming tire there is simply everything. We more than enjoyed our stay, the anniversary was a complete success and all fellow travellers still think back longingly to the beautiful days in Benissa.
Absolutely fabulous place
By Danielle on 25-Sep-2019The villa is AMAZING!!!! I stayed here with my family (10 adults/8 children) and we couldn't of wished for more. The villa is so big, not once did we feel like we were on top of each other. All bedrooms were lovely and the fact that we all had en-suites was great. The living areas (yes there are 2) and the kitchen/dining areas were lovely. We ate outside each night as the weather was perfect. The whole villa is decorated to such a high standard. The pool is a great size and even though we bought inflatables with us there were inflatables for the kids there already which was a nice touch. The tennis court, French bowls and pool table were also enjoyed on a daily basis. We didn't need to go out we had everything we needed at the villa and not once were we bored. We hired a chef for two nights, had a cocktail making class another evening and a mermaid school for the kids one day. All the details for these were supplied by Debbie who was a fantastic host. She was on hand whenever we needed anything and could not have done anymore for us. She sure was the best host I have ever come across. We made lots of memories and will definitely return again!!!!
