The villa is all one one level, although there are steps down to the pool terrace, ( large pool 10 x 5) . There is plenty of private secure private parking, the villa is open plan with a modern fully equipped kitchen, with two covered terraces, a large open terrace with a real bbq, the accommodation inlcludes 4 guest bedrooms, a famliy bathroom plus 2 shower rooms en suite . All bedrooms have AC . The villa is fully equipped for you stay, can all bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included.
The village of Benidoleig is only 3 km drive away where you can find all your basic needs
AC in master bedroom and guest bedrooms. Private walled garden. Private 10 x 5 pool. Panoramic views. Quiet residencial area. 4 min drive to the local village of Benidoleig. Only 15 min drive to a great sandy beach Les Deveses Denia. And only 20 min drive to Denia town.
