Lovely stay at the Villa Una Maria perfect for larger groups of family and friends and has everything you need. Very clean and loads of glasses cups plates etc provided. Good location too a short walk to the beach, shops & restaurants and a short trip in an uber to the harbour although you could walk it in about 20/30 minutes. You do have to pay for air conditioning but we only put about 2 Euros in a day. Will definitely go here again hopefully
Firstly Gerard the owner is great to deal with our security deposit was returned the day after we arrived home. Lee the property manager was also very helpful and a welcome pack was provided. We were a party of 8 adults and 7 children age 4 to 68 and had a ball. The layout of the villa was perfect and everyone had their own space. Great terrace plenty of seating and sun beds/shades in garden. Other guests had left inflatables/toys for the pool. Table tennis and pool tables in games room enjoyed by all. Small charge for air con a couple of euros a day in meter but good idea so doesn’t get misused. No shortage of kitchen equipment including bin liners/detergents. We used Uber eats app for food delivery. Everyone wants to return so great holiday with happy memories. This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
The villa had everything you’d need and more! Lee (property manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable about Benalmádena. Great communication with Gerard (owner) and 100% wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa especially to larger groups/families.
Fantastic spacious villa 2 houses with 3 floors . 5 bedrooms in each . Both patio doors open onto the pool patio, so you can walk in-between them . The pool is perfect and the garden that surrounds it makes it really private even though there are properties all around. Very quiet area , the neighbours were very respectful of us , as we were of them . We made our own lemonade from the beautiful lemon tree . Close by to shops and bars , although on quite an incline, my calf's definitely felt it after the first day . Nearest mini mart is less than 10 mins walk and open until 2am , much appreciated when you've had a delayed flight. Lee and Gerard are very helpful and easy to contact . We had an absolutely amazing week in the sun ️ . We would definitely love to return.
Stayed at this villa for a full week with few girls, on booking I was worried that it sounded too good to be true, however I had absolutely nothing to worry about. There was everything you needed, there was even a complementary bottle of wine and beers in the fridges, the villa was clean and tidy towels provided literally nothing was needed. Even cleaning and dishwasher supplies. Little leak on air con but connected Lee who came and sorted it same day, walking distance to all amenities and beach...would highly recommend...thank you Gérard
17 members of my family stayed here first week in September. We all had a brilliant time. The villa is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Table tennis table pool table kept the younger ones entertained along with the fab outside pool. We bar be qued one afternoon on the large terrace where everyone can be seated at the table. Bedrooms were all a good size and slept well every night with aircon in every room. Small fee to pay but worth it. 10 15 minutes walk down hill to bars restaurants and supermarkets down hill and many to choose from. Will say the walk back up hill is not good but 3 to 4 euros taxi is worth it. Communication between the owner Gerard and the caretaker law was excellent I would and will be going here again and I highly recommend this villa to all age's Thanks again Gerard and Lee
