Description

View over the Golf course on the ground floor and has a spacious garden both front and rear. The 2 large bedrooms, 1 with an on-suite bathroom. The spacious living room with fireplace has a great view and a light layout. A mosquito door available in the bedroom. This apartment is the luxurious 2 bedroom version on Balaia Golf. A fully equipped kitchen with washer / dryer & dishwasher. Both bedrooms and the living room have a/c. Fully luxurious refurbished and 2 min from the pool & the clubhouse
The space is located in a quiet area and ideal for hibernators. The terrace has sun all day! We advise guests to have a car. We are happy to help arrange this.

The resort has a 24/7 reception service (in the winter this might vary)

Sport:
There is a teacher whom gives lessons for children, beginners and advanced and this in a very professional yet fun way. He is a real out Prof and can always be found next to the tennis court on the side of the restaurant "la varanda"
Twice a week there's social tennis so anyone can join in. Once a week there's also a golf tournament so if you would like to join: go to the clubhouse to sign up. Furthermore there's a golf teacher and you have a discounted rate for the course.

The property is fully heated for the winter and fast wifi are included
We have a special price of €2.500 included the above for guests whom stay a month or longer for the winter period

The wellness and the indoor pool/hot tub are not included : the prices are €8 per day or €30 per week and the opening times are: weekdays from 09 am till 19pm and weekends from 10am till 19pm.
The gym : €8 per day or €30 per week.
All included GYM, Indoor pool & Hottub @ €80 per person per week or if you want to be more flexible, you can also buy 10 tickets at €48

The resort is an excellent place for family and for golfers and we do have special prices for guests whom wish to stay longer than a month or for the winter season!

Our first visit to Portugal and we were not disappointed with Nicoles apartment, felt right at home straightaway and had everything we could possibly need. We love walking so this was the perfect place for us! Nicole was so helpful from the time we booked to the end, always answered our questions quickly and very friendly. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a longer visit next timeThank you

Nicole''s place is perfect and very peaceful, especially when it comes recharging after busy work. Her place had everything we needed for our trip and on top of that it is located in a golf area so we always played every day. Nicole was always in touch, and she even helped us to rent a car for a reasonable price. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would love to be back.

We loved staying in Nicole’s apartment. It is beautifully laid out and really well stocked. The location in the resort is perfect and close to the best pool! Having a car is essential as it’s only a short drive from local spots such as Loulé, Vilamoura (20 mins) and Faro (30 mins). We felt really at home here and loved dining out on the patio, watching the sun set and we slept so well, thanks to great touches with the shutters and heavy curtains. This is the type of place you instantly feel at home in and I can’t wait to revisit. Nicole was lovely and the communication was great.
