This has been a second year running for myself, hubby and a few friends. to visit this amazing villa. From the owners help and on hand support, to staying at n the villa itself is definitely 5 star. Prior to arrival you will be informed of how the villa runs, best restaurants and beaches. There is also a welcome pack which is always updated within the villa. Owners must have great taste as places to visit and eat are just lush but also reasonable priced allowing all to enjoy such a beautiful place in the world without breaking the bank balance. You are never felt as a burden if you need a question to be answered and owners will always respond ASAP. The villa is situated in one of the best parts of Cyprus, local to all amenities. If you wish to hire a vehicle there is plenty of space outside. The villa is clean, up to date with decor and health and safety. The pool is just lush and well kept, the pool guy is a lovely man also. Everything is available within this villa to ensure that you and others are well accommodated and that you can spend your time in a quiet tranquil spot. Infact this year will be third year running.

Great location, only a 10 minute drive into Ayia Napa so very easy to get into town for an evening out. Property very well taken care of and host was very quick and helpful in answering any queries. Pool was great, rooms were comfortable, can’t fault the place!!
I stayed here on the first week of July and had a fantastic time! The villa is beautifully located with stunning views of the Mediterranean, just a short drive from Ayia Napa and great local restaurants. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely open-plan living area and three cozy bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day at the nearby beaches. Our host was welcoming and provided great local tips on restaurants and beaches. Overall, the villa was the perfect getaway for a relaxing holiday. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon!
