We have been holidaying in Portugal for many years BUT always on the Algarve and we’ve been told that this not the REAL Portugal, so we decided to venture to the centre and chose this villa to stay. So glad we did, the villa is beautifully positioned in the country and with great views, in a quiet spot. You definitely need a car as shops and bars/cafes are a distance but this is explained in the details. We just spent three weeks relaxing. The villa has everything you could want and communications with Ed were excellent.

This was a serene destination. The owners were organised in provided information over and beyond the usual. The facilities were amazing, clean and well equipped. It was definitely home from home, we had an amazing family time in a blissfully quiet and self contained location. The description of the destination does not do it justice. Very highly recommended destination for a (very) private and restful holiday. Definitely a repeat destination for us.
