Description

Magnificent Villa with stunning ocean views. 9 pax.
Villa Entre Rocas was built in the mountain of Atlanterra, integrated into the orography of the land. Hence it name.

It enjoys impressive views of the sea from any room. The 266m2 villa is located on a 2,062 m2 plot.

The property can perfectly accommodate 9 people, we would recommend adults due to its accesses and architecture.

The villa does not count with right access for reduced mobility.
Lay out (5 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 Toilet.)

The lower floor is accessed through a hallway, this gives way to 3 of the bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom. Two of these rooms have access to the garden and the pool.

On the upper floor, communicated with the lower one through a staircase, we find the fully equipped kitchen, integrated with the living room with fireplace and way to a terrace, family bathroom and a toilet. This terrace is also shared with the other two bedrooms.

In order to access the outdoor parking lot of the property, you would have to go up a somewhat steep slope (it is recommended to do it with a vehicle with a powerful engine). In this outdoor parking you can park about 3 cars. In addition, the villa has a covered garage for a small-medium size vehicle and space outside the property for one more vehicle.

We can enjoy pleasant evenings surrounded by the rocky nature where the building sits, the pool and the small garden with a large covered porch with outdoor furniture.

Wonderful House with Stunning Views

Wonderful House with Stunning Views Property was fantastic overall, good qualities in design and furniture. My only comment would be that a property of this quality and value needs to be properly supplied with basics like trash bags and toilet roll, as well as beach / pool towels considering it''s a beach property with a pool. These small details make a difference to the quality of the stay and make it a little more uncomfortable for tired travellers with kids. Other than that a fantastic property that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Beautiful spot with minor critics We missed out on comfi furniture on the terasse and a sunbed (as shown in pic) by the pool. Some doors are not lockable. Rest perfect. We loved it
