Villa Alarife, an awarded modern construction, is ideal for families and friends. The property was built to really reflect the beauty of Atlanterra. This house has been set between two large rock formations. As we walk in the master bedroom, we can spot how the rock-wall has been incorporated to the whole room and bathroom.

If you enjoy light and open spaces, Alarife is the ideal place for your holidays.
A property completely surrounded by nature. The moment you set foot in the plot, the villa welcomes you with a very nice and laid back chill out area surrounded by their very large cactus and palm trees.Once inside the house, the hall offers a warm and cozy feeling that perfectly represents the rest of the villa.On this floor, 3 double bedrooms can be found -two of them with two single beds and the other one with double bed and bathroom-.Going up the stairs from the lobby, we enter the main living area of the property. An open and luminous space with dinning room and fully equipped kitchen on one side and a comfortable living room on the other. Next to the living room, we enter the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The whole front of the property is glazed and offers amazing views of the ocean and gives a great sense of lightness to the floor. From the living room, we access a wide and sheltered backyard sitting on the natural rocks that surround the property. The perfect spot for chill afternoons and perfect evenings outdoors. Shaded by a big sail for the days when the sun hits.
The house has a private 8x4m pool situated in front of the house and right on the rocks.
It is located only 7 minute walking from the beach of Atlanterra (playa del Bunker).

The house offers parking for 4 cars -2 of the spots are shaded-, hard wood floors, satelite TV, Air conditioning in the main living quarters, open fire place, music system and all the commodities of a beautiful holiday rental villa.

Please be advised that the pool is not fenced and any children should under supervision at all time!

3 hours of cleaning, 3 days a week, are included in the rental price. For any extra services, please contact us.
