Sueño del mar is a magnificent villa with a spectacular view.
The villa was designed by the award-winning Swiss architect, Michele Rondelli.

As you walk in through the front door, a breathtaking ocean view between the villa’s two “cubes” welcomes you. The villa's design was planned as a living “cube” and a sleeping “cube”. From the entry, turning to the left, you find yourself in a 60 square meter living-dining area with impressive 6 meter high windows. The Atlantic stretches endlessly to the horizon.

We step into an open kitchen with a large American refrigerator and ice dispenser and a fully equipped cooking “island”. This, combined with a dining table for 8 and a cozy living area with an open fire and large flat-screen TV, makes for any guest, the perfect spot for a relaxed living.
Attached to the wall, a staircase leads you to a semi-open gallery. A retreat for reading or, if necessary, to work a little. From this gallery, overlooking the living space, you also have stunning views of the ocean. Besides, this room has a big flat-screen TV with a PlayStation 4 and a lot of board games, DVDs and books. Should eight people come to the house, two adults can easily sleep here in their own private space (king-size bed, 1.8 x 2.0 meters). Naturally, a good Wi-Fi connection is available everywhere in the house. Through a back door in the kitchen, there is a large storage room including an additional refrigerator-freezer. The technical room with washing machine and dryer is attached to it.

The large sliding glass doors of the living area open onto the first spacious terrace, where you will enjoy the absolute most beautiful sunset – with a glass of champagne in your hand, maybe?- With a little luck a pair of seagulls or a flock of storks may glide above or some dolphins or a whale may cut their way through the water.

Going down a few steps to the right from the entrance to two more bedrooms (each 21 square meters), both with an en-suite bathroom including a “rain” shower and an individual terrace. The moment you open your eyes in the morning you again see the ocean. Both rooms have a king-size bed and a built-in closet. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

On the floor above this level, we find a 45m2 master suite. It counts with a walk-in closet, perfect for taking time to consider what you would like to wear for the day. This spacious suite is completed with a king-size bed and sitting area. The large roofed balcony is reached from here through the glass sliding door. The turquoise ocean shimmers in the light from its every corner. You can also enter this balcony from the en-suite bathroom which has a free-standing bath and a huge walk-in shower.

The beach is located just 300 meters from the villa.

This palm-studded garden property is on a slight slope, offering various places to relax.

There is a 9x5m heated saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by 100m2 of timber decking with luxury sun lounges, just inviting to sunbathe. We also find a shaded "cabana", a half-open beach hut with a straw roof, completed with a small kitchen and a Weber BBQ. A further outdoor shower and WC complete this relaxing area.

Hidden in the lower part of the garden, an outdoor jacuzzi spa tops the features of this wonderful villa. During the day with the magnificent view of the Cabo Trafalgar, and at night the overwhelming star-filled sky of Andalusia.

Atlanterra is a jewel located next to the old, charming fishing village of Zahara de losAtunes on the Costa de la Luz. Time spent here is an exceptional experience through the original atmosphere of Costa de la Luz, with time to relax and dream.
