We had a lovely week at Villa Casa De Toro. The villa is a great and comfortable space, with everything you need to feel at home. The owners were very helpful in the lead up to out stay, as we explored different sleeping options for our 2 year old. He enjoyed the swimming pool, being able to watch his favourite programs on Netflix, and having a fully equipped kitchen meant we could make his favourite meals. The local shops, beach and restaurants were great and it was easy to get the bus in to Mahon for a day. Very relaxing and enjoyable time, so we will be back.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Casa De Toro. We had visited Arenal d'en Castell last year and fell in love with the area. It was difficult to find anything in the area at last minute, so when a cancellation came up, we took the opportunity to sneak in a well needed break before Uni started. The owner was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, and very understanding of my complex family arrangements. Nestled in a peaceful area, yet within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. . The Villa is beautifully refurbished with a perfect blend of traditional charm and elegance. There is a element of calmness about the entire villa. Each bedroom had very comfortable beds with luxurious linens, towels and of course the much needed aircon. I spent many hours relaxing in the evening with a cocktail and book or podcast on first floor terrace off the master bedroom. The pool area is really well maintained, the water crystal clear and a shaded dining area. The kitchen and dining area are really well equipped and the lounge area perfect for watching tv in the evenings when the weather didn't play nicely. Overall my experience of this villa was exceptional, from the help the owner provided, the location, layout and decor, every aspect exceeded my expectation. Perfect for a for a family getaway. If, like me, you like to retreat to calmness after a day surrounded by people on the beach or generally exploring, this villa is the perfect choice.
