Description
This beautiful Andalusian style villa with mountain views is located 5 minutes from the centre of Arboleas and situated within a large walled and gated garden with a selection of fruit trees for guests use when in season. Roman steps lead into a gloriously heated 8 x 4 private swimming pool which has been fully renovated March 2022 with an outdoor solar heated shower and is totally restricted from public view. There is a covered terraced dining area with barbecue and 8 seater table and luxurious cushioned recliner chairs and sun loungers benefiting from all day sun. All 3 bedrooms one of which is en-suite have air conditioning and fans. There is also a large separate bathroom with shower and bath. The Lounge, dining room and kitchen are ideal for entertaining and come complete with air conditioning and fans, the annex is self contained with 1 double bed and is available when the extra space is required, an additional cost is applied for the use of the annex. Arboleas is a few minutes from the villa where you can find local bars and places to eat, post office and shops. Albox is a 10 minute drive away where there is a wider selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The coast of Vera and Mojacar are 35 minutes away where you will find fantastic beaches, a vibrant mix of bars shops and restaurants. There is a wide range of attractions which include several golf courses including the renowned Desert Springs golf course, water parks, fiestas and markets, ancient villages are also to be found. By Andrew Counsell on 28-Sep-2024Lovely villa in a perfect location, walking distance to the village centre. Very clean, all the utensils, pans, plates, glasses etc that you could ever need. Couldn't have asked for more - a great 2 weeks stay and would recommend to anyone.
What an amazing stay
By Paul on 12-Aug-2024So this is me writing a late review. But we stayed here with my family and couple of friends. It was such a lovely villa, comms were great with the owners. Villa was very clean, everything you need is there at hand. very close to walk to some restaurants for all different tastes. Not to far from the coast either. We would highly recommend this villa and area. we would also love to come back
Amazing villa close to Arboleas
By Nicki Cadman on 06-Jun-2024We have stayed here several times after staying in other villa's locally this is now our number 1 choice, beautiful villa with everything you would need in so well equipped, lovely pool and garden furniture, where we spent most of our time. Town is just a very short drive away so really useful for market and shops. Villa is always clean on arrival, easy check in with a really helpful contact if you ever have any issues (we wanted to watch the World Cup and owners sorted this out for us! :-)) Would 100% recommend this as we plan to go back.
