I have visited Daniel on numerous occasions and have always enjoyed my stay. The apartments have everything you could hope for and more. Balconies facing the front street and the pool. Just a short stroll to the town and 10 minutes to the harbour. If available, this will always be the place I will stay. 5 stars! Thanks Daniel!

The Sol Rio experience totally exceeded our expectations in every respect. From our initial contact with Daniel through the booking process everything was made so smooth and easy. On our arrival we were given a very warm welcome and a tour of the apartment explaining all the equipment and security features. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. From start to finish we were so impressed that before we left we booked again for next year.

These are truly fabulous apartments in Solrio owned and managed by Daniel. The apartment we stayed in on the middle floor was really fabulous. Daniel was a very professional, efficient and welcoming host. He gave us a run down on everything in the apartment and around the area. However, if you were distracted by the magnificent surroundings and didn’t ’take it all in’ you don’t need to worry because he has everything written down clearly, both in a folder and around the apartment. The balconies had very comfortable sun beds and seating to enjoy both morning and evening sunshine. There is a lovely swimming pool and allocated sun beds for his apartments. The location is perfect, s short stroll to Alvor and all its lovely restaurants and board walks. We will definitely stay in Solrio when we return to Alvor. Thank you Daniel!
A relaxing stay in a beautiful Alvor apartment. A spacious and super clean apartment in a great location close to the small town centre of Alvor, with underground parking on the premises. With a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and sunny balconies this apartment rates as one of the best we have stayed in. The host, Daniel, met and welcomed us at the apartment, leaving wine and chocolates as our Christmas present, a lovely, genuine gesture. The apartment was cleaned weekly with fresh towels and bedding on each occasion.
We have just returned from a 10-day stay at the Daniel Solrio apartments. The apartment had everything we could possibly need for our stay and the decor and cleanliness were of the highest standard. Daniel arranged our airport taxis, and timing was spot on with friendly, knowledgeable drivers. There were no worries about our arrival at a new place; Daniel was there to meet us with the keys and gave us an unhurried and full tour of the apartment as well as lots of local info so we felt at home immediately. More importantly, Daniel was available with an immediate response to a query. Our first time in Alvor and the Solrio, but we will be back.
