Located near our Garden Villa No 1 (https://www.simplyowners.net/villa-rentals-alvor-portugal/p/188620/ ) and Garden Villa No 2 (https://www.simplyowners.net/villa-rentals-alvor-portugal/p/255847/) just 6 walking min. up the road from Solrio (pass the camping site in direction Pelican Hotel, before the hotel on the right)
A charming 2 beds , 2 baths townhouse for up to 4 people with pool (only shared between the 2 units ) and same quality and comfort as Solrio (latest Daikin Air cos, IPTV box with smart TV etc.). Large sunny terraces, sunbeds, BBQ. electric shutters with security belt, outside shower.
Included are bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer in each bath, iron, sunbeds on terrace and by the pool, high speed wifi internet, all GB TV channels, all charges. There is a weekly cleaning with change of bath towels and linens for stays from 11 nights onward.

By Deborah Caruso on 02-Mar-2025We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this well equipped, clean and beautiful condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we were left with very clear instructions on how to use all the appliances, washer and TV. The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was very quiet at night. But still only a short walk away from the center of town. Not once did we have to call the owner about anything. It certainly makes your vacation fun and stress free when you get to stay in such a lovely place.

Lovely stay in Alvor
By Doug on 04-Jan-2025We really enjoyed our stay in the Alvor terrace. The unit was even nicer than the photos. Very high end materials and appliances. So much thought and care went into its design. It is a very well equipped and secure unit. Special thanks to Daniel and his team for their welcoming and kind care they gave us over our stay.

Lovely Xmas Stay
By Nadine Bingham on 23-Dec-2024We loved our stay in Daniel's beautiful house. It was stylishly decorated and had everything you needed for a wonderful holiday. The beds were really comfortable so we slept well. We were able to sit by the pool over the Xmas period but weren't brave enough to swim as it was freezing. Daniel is a great host very friendly and welcoming and right next door if you need him.
