Description

This bright, fully equipped poolside apartment in the private complex of Vila Da Praia is located in central Alvor and is within a 5-minute walk of the beach and the main town. Vila Da Praia is a gated complex with clean, well-maintained gardens and 2 swimming pools. Adjacent to the pool area there are outdoor shower and toilet facilities, and sun loungers are provided. There is also underground parking if required

The apartment has one large bedroom with a 5ft double bed, wardrobe and storage. The large spacious living room has two sofas, one converts into a small double sofa bed 4' 6in. Also, in the living room, there is a 32" TV, with UK, Irish and Portuguese channels. There is a DVD and CD player, books, DVDs, an iron and ironing board, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace has a table and chairs and overlooks the pool with easy access. The apartment has air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom and FREE WiFI throughout.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances including, a dishwasher, washing machine, 4 ring hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower and includes a bath and hand towels. Also available is a hair dryer and a safe and the apartment includes all bed linen, blankets and pillows.

Love this apartment.

Suits us perfectly as the complex is half way betweeen the village and the beach. Apartment has everything we need.Owners and the contact person in Alvor could not be more helpful. Pool is always clean Can't wait to go back . We love it!!!!

Always my first choice

The apartment has everything we need and the location is perfect with access straight out to the pool. The complex is ideally situated with bars, restaurants and shops a short walk away.
