The place was very nicely decorated with plenty of room. All the rooms were immaculate and clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need to accommodate a large group. The sound system was a nice touch and we enjoyed the fabulous tech to watch our favourite shows and stream music on the Wi-Fi. We all felt right at home immediately and would definitely return. The local town Alvor is a short 5 min cab journey away and the larger resort of Portimão is about 10 mins away and you can get Uber very easily. It’s set In a quiet location perfect for relaxing by the pool. Everything was great. Parking was a slight challenge as the gate is narrow but we managed it just fine with a fairly large car.
Paul's stunning villa is a masterpiece that delivers an unparalleled experience of luxury, tranquillity, and natural beauty. This is a completely brand-new refurbished villa that has been fully equipped and has everything you need to spend a few weeks with your family, a lot of space inside and outside the villa with an outstanding pool and garden space. The situation of the villa can't be better. This is a quiet area and at the same time is very close to the main towns, supermarkets, etc... also there are amazing beaches within walking distance from the villa and really cool paths to walk around and see the amazing views in this area of the Algarve. We spent 11 days at the Villa, 3 families with kids and the time we spent there was amazing. Thanks Paul for hosting us!
I don't tend to write many reviews, but I was asked to write one for this villa and said I would happily do so, owing to the fabulous holiday we had there. We stayed in the villa as a family in early August and the entire experience was wonderful. The villa was well equipped, extremely modern and perfect for three children and 4 adults. The master bedroom was quite special with a huge terrace, large bedroom, dressing area and spacious shower & bathroom. Paul couldn't do enough to make sure everything was perfect both before and upon arrival and there are plenty of sunbeds and outside chairs & tables to make you feel comfortable outside, which is where we spent most of the time. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for daily use. A very nice surprise about the location was the very low cost to get to both Alvor and Praia da Roche by taxi & Uber. Both towns were walkable with lovely restaurants within about 500 metres or so. The communication and small touches were most welcome and we certainly hope to return in the future.
