Casa da Oliveira - 'The House of Olive Trees' is near to Almancil in the historic village of Sao Lourenco in a sheltered, peaceful yet not isolated setting with country & mountain views. Through double gates is the cobbled drive with garage & parking for several cars. The pretty walled garden has night lighting, shrubs & lawns for children of all ages to use! There is plenty of shade under the bougainvillea-clad terraces or on the hammock swinging gently under the large carob tree - glass in hand of course!!
The HEATED 12m long tiled pool has Roman steps at one end and can have erected a POOL FENCE to enhance safety for toddlers. There is a large built in BBQ to prepare for dining under the stars in the balmy Algarve evenings.
Inside Casa da Oliveira is the spacious lounge/dining room with everything to keep young and old from getting bored - and for Winter warmth a wonderful log fire - logs supplied!
There is FREE WI-FI. Also newly fitted is a TV box with several 100 English and foreign (Dutch, German, Scandinavian, French and more) channels, 100s of films, music, many of the most popular TV box sets and 7 day catch-up.
From an inner lobby is double bedroom 2 and ensuite with both bath and shower cabinet. Also off the hall is the cloakroom and the kitchen which is very fully equipped with everything that is needed for comfortable living.
Off the landing at the top of the wide staircase is the Master Bedroom with dressing room, ensuite and private balcony. Bedroom 3 has a pair of wide single beds while bedroom 4 contains a pair of bunk beds plus a full sized single bed and small private balcony. The family bathroom with shower and bath is also off the landing.
Casa da Oliveira's location places it in what is known as the Algarve's 'Golden Triangle'. Therefore it is only a short drive away from many of the Algarve;s attractions such as several safe sandy beaches of different types, 13 top golf courses, the huge waterpark Aquashow Park, the 40km long world renowned nature reserve called Ria Formosa, Faro's old walled city, the Monchique mountains and much, much more besides.
There is all this action on the villa's doorstep yet in the sheltered and secluded garden there is no traffic or aircraft noise only the noise of bird's calling and the odd dog barking in the distance. Peace reigns at Casa da Oliveira!
