Located in the Algarve, within the "golden triangle" residing in the pretty peaceful village of Vale de Eguas near Almancil. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Suitable for all ages from 1 to 101! Ten minutes by car to the most beautiful sandy beaches and terracotta cliffs and to many golf courses, including Vale de Lobo.

The five bedroom traditional & modern villa is spilt over two floors, with generous bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and down. Upstairs, a staircase either side leads to an galleried landing, there are three large double bedrooms all with ensuites. Beds can be two singles or one super king bed. The Master bedroom has an VI spring mattress and bed. All have their own bathroom that include bath and shower. Each bedroom has balconies overlooking the rear garden and pool. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have a safe.

The remaining two double bedrooms are on the ground floor that share one bathroom that has a bath and shower. Ideal for grandparents or couples with babies. One of these bedrooms leads through a patio door directly to the patio seating area, overlooking the rear gardens and pool.

All five bedrooms have a hair dryer, air conditioning, mirrored wardrobes and chest of drawers for all your holiday clothes.

A large & spacious sitting room with TV with all English channels including sport and vast online film library, Nintendo switch, Wii and DVD player. Plenty of comfy sofas to relax, with doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool. Adjacent is the inside dinning area with large dining room table and chairs, again with doors to the terrace area.

Together on the ground floor, is a fully equipped, light country style modern kitchen with microwave, sandwich maker, oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, drinks fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

With many desirable features, fully air conditioned, private electric gated driveway, large gardens with plenty of space, pool table, ping pong table, large connect four game, mini football net, outside games box, family board games, books, Nintendo switch, hammock, bean to cup coffee machine, Nutri bullet, Bose speakers, BBQ, free Wi-Fi and much more.

Abundance of terraces for taking afternoon tea to a gin and tonic or two! Two sets of dining tables and chairs for outside dining to enjoy BBQ's and candlelit suppers.

With many sun bed's positioned around the pool to catch the sun or shade. Pool towels provided.

Approximately 1.5km from Almancil. 10 minutes by car to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. 15 minutes by car to Vilamoura. 15 minutes to Loule. Only 15 minutes walk to Apolonia Supermarket selling fresh fish, bread and meat perfect for alfresco dining. Beautiful restaurants and coffee bars within a few minutes walk.

Suitable for large parties, couples and families. Cots, high chairs and pool guards available for our younger guests.

Aqua parks, theme parks, golf, horse riding, karting, shopping centres, beaches all a 10-15 minutes car drive away. Beautiful restaurants on the wonderful Algarve long sandy beaches and terracotta cliffs, many with live music, to sit and watch the most amazing sunsets.
