Lovely 3-bed condo in a small private complex with pool. Just minutes from Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the Algarve's golden triangle.
This stylish condo is perfect for golfers, families or a couple. It is just a three-minute drive to Quinta Shopping at the heart of Quinta do Lago (five minutes to Vale do Lobo) where you'll find some of the finest golf courses in Europe, superb beaches and numerous excellent restaurants.
It's a short walk into the bustling town of Almancil where there are coffee shops, restaurants and businesses (doctors, dentists, chemists etc). Quiet, private location, shared pool and large private terrace
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, toaster, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a large smart TV and good free WiFi.
Also a DVD player with small DVD library.
This apartment has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are twin beds (which can be pushed together).
The third bedroom has an IKEA bed which sleeps one or can be pulled out to sleep two suitable for children, teens or small adults. Also a single futon chair/bed.
There are 2 bathrooms. One is ensuite to the master bedroom and has a bath, the shared bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels (including beach towels)are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in and check-out times to be arranged when booking. Standard is 10am check out. 2pm to 8pm check-in. Some flexibility if no bookings before or after.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors but is allowed on the very large, private terrace.
There is outdoor seating and a dining table, plus umbrellas. The communal pool (shared by the eight apartments and rarely busy) is about 10 paces from the terrace.
- There is always parking available at the front of the property.
