Villa is beautiful, renovated and it is high standard and tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Many sunny terraces facing different directions with amazing views to the Puig Campana, Sierra Gelada and Sierra Bernia, to the own attractive gardens and to private swimming pool.

This villa has spacious, stylish living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and stylish bath for room for 2 people, completely new, modern and well-equipped kitchen and utility room. A big front yard with private swimming pool.

There is also charming yard with private gardens – oleanders, hibiscus, bougainvillea's, citrus trees and many types of palm-trees, cactus, succulents and more.

One of the terraces has summer-kitchen with atmospheric barbecue and dining area where you can enjoy dinner and breathtaking beautiful sunset over the mountains and valleys.

The Villa is fully equipped: a big 3D Smart TV and international TV channels, internet, free Wi-Fi, blue-ray player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machines, fridge-freezer, air conditioning/heater in every room.

The villa's yard is beautiful and well maintained, fully fenced and very private. Private covered carport included.

The villa is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Albir. Albir centrum is only approximately 1200 meters away within walking distance, and only 3 minutes’ drive by car offering wide range of services, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes. The beach is in Albir centrum, and the picturesque Altea and its old town is located just 4.5 km away along a beutiful sea promenade.
A few kilometers away is Benidorm and nearby a number of entertainment for the whole family such as water parks, zoos and adventure parks and major shopping centers. Alicante city center is at a distance by car in about 30 minutes. Come and enjoy among the sun, entertainment and privacy!

The villa was great, clean and as listed. The check in was ok (extra 50 euro for checking in at 10.30pm) the people looking after you while there were great answering any questions right away by txt and also went out of their way to return my drone which was brillant of them The pool area was amazing and very private and got the sun most of the day and the gardens and outside cooking was very good also All in all an excellent villa to stay in would definitely book again

We had an amazing week at this beautiful villa, we wish we had booked longer. Very well equipped and felt like home from the minute we walked through the door. The pool was amazing as were all of the gardens. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Villa with spacious well maintained gardens, pool and external eating areas. Internal spaces were immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. Kitchen was high spec and had everything you could ask for.Check in was a breeze and we were met at the Villa where all the important details to assist a trouble free stay were covered top to bottom. Communication with the Property Managers was a pleasure and they a) answered any queries very quickly and b) responded very quickly to any requests. Highly recommended and we hope to return this year.

The casa is perfect, has an amazing view, beautyfull garden en all the equipment you can possibly need. We are certain that we will come back to spend another holiday.
