Villa Eber is a beautiful villa situated near beaches and Old Town of Albufeira with separate rental units, air-conditioned two 2 bedroom apartments and one 1 bedroom apartment and for guests not requiring a kitchen - air conditioned double bedroom with private bathroom. All apartments are independent, fully air-conditioned with modern kitchens and full bathrooms, satellite TV with over 50 channels, CD/DVD, FREE and unlimited WI-FI, safes and balconies or veranda. Beautifully kept garden with a large swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. Private secure parking inside the property grounds. Villa Eber is very popular with couples looking for peace and quiet in a quality villa accommodation, close to old town of Albufeira.
Many of our regular guests come back every year and enjoy the quality of staying in the villa in it’s own apartment at very reasonable cost.
The swimming pool is over 1,60cm deep and the villa is not suitable for small children but we would be delighted to accommodate the little ones in our other villas and small resort with apartments – please ask and I will send details.
Villa Eber - more details: All three 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are spacious, comfortable, with modern kitchens and bathrooms, fully air conditioned with balconies or veranda, satellite TV with English channels, CD/DVD, now FREE and unlimited WI-FI, and safes.
For guests not requiring a kitchen we also have DOUBLE BEDROOM with private bathroom - please ask for prices.
Surrounded by beautifully landscaped garden Villa Eber offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers.
Private secure parking inside the property grounds. Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels.
Local restaurants - 10 min walk, nearest supermarket 8 min walk and larger one 12 min walk, local bus stop at Albufeira Camping - 8 min walk, taxi to Old Town of Albufeira - 3 minutes ride ( about €5.00 )

25% deposit required when making a reservation ( for bookings made now for 2025 we only require initial 10% deposit )
Balance ( 75% ) is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
It’s also possible to pay 25% deposit, second 25% deposit - 8 weeks before arrival and balance ( 50% ) in cash in euros on arrival. Please let us know if you prefer this payment option.
Payments can be made in sterling direct to our bank in UK or by bank transfer in euros to our bank in Portugal.
Payment instructions with bank details will be send together with booking confirmation.
The city of Albufeira tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per day up to maximum of 7 nights ( all persons over 12 years old )

Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local info.:
For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber.
We can also reserve private airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €44.00 each way for 2-4 people and €52.00 for 5-6 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.
There are two excellent local restaurants within 10 minutes walk and there is a local cafe just 50m from the villa. Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside.
Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 min. drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira and new marina about 4-5 minutes.

Had a lovely 10 day stay for my 30th birthday
By Nikkita on 12-Jul-2024Had a lovely 10 day stay for my 30th birthday. The place was beautiful. I was made to feel extra special including a lovely birthday gift. We were provided with information about the local area. The villa is immaculate and the cleaner came in a few times during our stay. The pool is lovely. The villa is perfectly located minutes from the old town, Uber rides were perfect.
It was an excellent and very pleasant stay.

With a delicious bottle of wine already chilled in the fridge with a Dutch written note attached. We immediately felt very welcome home to them in the beautiful Villa. Free parking on site was also well arranged. After this clear explanation in the apartment, about using dishwasher, TV, Wifi and safe. And a lovely pool to cool off. He also gave tips on the surrounding Albufeira with a cozy Historic Centre and nice shops and delicious restaurants. Not to mention the cozy marina to visit the boat excursions and nice terraces. Yes we really enjoyed and want to thank Andrew and Anna for the wonderful 10-day holiday. With a super clean apartment and even our laundry was arranged by the interior caretaker. Top!!
