This was my fifth time staying in Villa Cedric which means it must be good. There is no point in listing everything that was good as that woukd be a long list. The key things are it is in a quiet area but still within walking distance to everything. The villa is very clean and the pool area is lovely. The only negative thing I can say is the beds are hard which still wouldn’t put me off when everything else is so good. Im sure we will be back again. One last thing, we had to leave our cases there on the last day as our flight was a late one. The cleaners were there when we left at 12 and when we came back at 6.00pm to pick up our luggage they were still there. At least you know the villa was getting a through clean for the next visitors
2 adults and 5 children stayed at the villa. The pool area is great, good sized pool for everyone to enjoy. The villa is spacious, the master bedroom has balcony and en-suite, there is another 3 twin bedrooms, one with balcony and one downstairs with doors out to the pool area. The villa is very secure and safe all windows and doors have electric shutters on them. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a fabulous time visiting the strip/the old town and marina. The cash payment worked well taken on arrival, the deposit was returned with ease too. We had a fantastic holiday and will be back again thankyou Villa Cedric!!
Lovely villa in a great spot, handier for the strip but not too long a walk to get to the old town and beaches. There’s an Aldi supermarket about 100 yards away plus lots of restaurants, pubs shops etc within 2 minute walk. The villa has 4 large bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs, one of them is en-suite. There’s numerous balconies and too many patio doors to count throughout. It’s extremely secure with electric roller shutters on every patio door and a locked gate at the street entrance. Outside it has a decent size pool (big enough for the four of us to play water polo) with loads of sun loungers a table tennis table and a bbq area/dining area. Kitchen had usual stuff including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (dolce gusto). There was nothing in the villa on arrival to eat/drink (probably a covid rule) so you’ll need to buy everything on arrival. Villa is in a really quiet area, we were there beginning of September and hardly heard a cheep from anyone in the street. (There was a pretty loud cricket one day but we chased it off). Not sure if there was Wi-Fi as we didn’t need it. AC was brilliant, loads of units everywhere.
This villas was perfect for our needs. It is 10 kins walk from the Albufeira strip where all the bars, restaurants and clubs are and about 15 mins from the beach. It has an aldi supermarket 5 minutes up the road and uber taxis were readily available with 2 minutes notice. The pool was lovely and not too cold, the bbq worked wonderfully and the air con was included in the price. Everything worked perfectly!

The villa is large and luxurious and the position of it is fantastic. 10 minute walk to the beach or the strip plus an Aldi 5 minutes walk. Everything you require for your holiday is in the villa. I would highly recommend this villa sleeps 8 comfortably. All the rooms are large and spacious. If we were to return to Albufeira I would certainly book this villa again
The house is placed in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Albufeira city centre. The house has 8 people capacity, it’s spacious and with good natural lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped but of course, you need to buy own supplies (ALDI market within 5 min walking distance). In the yard - clean pool, a place for barbecue for enthusiasts (we never used it), table & chairs, ping pong table. All in all, the house is well equipped and can serve as good relaxing oasis. What you should know: by check in, you need to pay a damage deposit. It’s not enough to make the bank transfer and show the payment proof; they need the money either already in the bank account or cash. Otherwise - all good, I’d recommend this place anytime.
