Appealing small apartment block of 22 apartments set on a hill overlooking Albufeira old town in a residential area, not noisy, ideal for family holidays and close to all amenities, beach, sea, old town and marina. About 50 meters from the apartments is a mini market which has long opening hours. Nearby are bars and restaurants. The old town and beach is a ten minute walk down the hill where there are plenty of restaurants and bars with live entertainment. A local bus service stops outside the apartments, running every fifteen minutes from 7a.m. until midnight.
The apartments are all fitted with safes and all have free WiFi.
The apartment block has large swimming pool area which is open all year and snack bar selling drinks and homemade snacks in the summer months.
The apartments are spacious and furnished to a high standard. The one bedroom apartment, on the ground floor, has twin beds in bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge, a fully furnished kitchenette, one bathroom, a large private patio with gate leading to the garden and gated swimming pool area. Sleeps max 4 persons.
The two bedroom has 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, fully furnished kitchen and lounge, and good size balcony with table and chairs. Sleeps max. 5 persons.
The three bedroom is on the ground floor, has one double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, two further twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with separate toilet. Fully furnished kitchenette, spacious lounge area and outside two tier terrace with gate leading to garden and gated pool area. Sleeps max. 6 persons.
Cots or z-beds provided for all apartments when needed.
Car hire and airport transfer can be arranged.
