Description

This lovely first floor apartment is located in Albufeira's newest complex 'Parque da Corcovada' which is situated two minutes from an Aldi Supermarket, five minutes from local shops and the famous 'Strip' full of bars, restaurants and shops.

Set back from the main road the apartment is quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the pool area for those families with young children. On site there is a Clubhouse serving food and drinks with a children's' play area and 'pitch and putt'.

Leading from the open living/dining room are two balconies with table and chairs that overlook the swimming pools. With one beautifully presented master bedroom en-suite with a King size Bed that has its own balcony with table and chairs for 4, one spacious twin bedroom, and a Double bedroom, plus a second bathroom and separate WC, the apartment is ideal for groups of six people. The kitchen is large with a dining table for six and large picture window that again overlooks the pool area.

to secure your dates we request a 25% deposit of the Total cost this can be paid by bank transfer.
5 weeks before your arrival day, we requested the balance payment which is due 4 weeks before your arrival date and a security deposit of £/€ 250.00. The security deposit will be refunded to you 3/5 days after your departure.

Payments can be made in Euros, if you prefer this then please state in your enquiry.


Anything advertised may not always be available due to circumstances beyond our control.

We do not generally accept Hen or Stag groups. This is at the discretion of the owner and if your booking is accepted then a higher security deposit may be requested.

Same gender groups under 30 years of age will only be accepted at the discretion of the owner. If such groups are accepted then a higher security deposit may be requested.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

I will start with the staff first and the communication and support from start to finish was excellent. An agent met us upon our arrival with our keys and to show us around. Myself and my group couldn't believe the size of the apartment and the fact that it had absolutely everything. It exceeded all of our expectations. The private pool is amazing and we more or less had it to ourselves because it was really quiet. There's loads to do in the area. Aldi is a 5 minute walk away and the Strip is 10 minutes away. Uber is your friend and it allows you to get around for pennies. If you enjoy Indian food Clay Oven is a must and if you enjoy Italian Ricardo's in old town (lovely roof terrace overlooking the sea). All in all I highly recommend this apartment and it was great value for money too. I will definitely use again in the future.

Amazing huge apartment

Amazing huge apartment and great complex. Two pools one for little children with plenty sun loungers. The location is perfect, you can walk to the amenities you need. And very close to bars , restaurants and beaches. We had a amazing time . Meet and greet from owner and wonderful people to deal with. We honestly didn’t want to leave. We have already re booked this apartment for next year.

Excellent Accomadation

This apartment is excellent. We stayed here in early July 2022. It is extremely spacious and very modern. It is like a home from home. Vanessa was excellent to deal with and was always available if needed.

Didn't want to leave!!!

The apartment was fabulous,very spacious,so clean and finished to a very high standard,all the amenities you could want for a self catering holiday and the pool area and grounds are very well maintained Location is great,new Aldi just opened across the road for all shopping needs,only few minutes walk to the Strip and 5 euro in an Uber to the Old Town,can't wait to return
