This large and spacious apartment is situated on the ground floor with views to the gardens, sea and within walking distance to the communal swimming pool.
The terrace, which spans the width of the apartment, offers you the opportunity to wine and dine whilst taking in the sea view and enjoying the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The lounge area, like the outdoor terrace, is south facing with floor to ceiling patio windows ensuring maximum light and terrific views. There are two beds in the bedroom and a further four sofa beds in the lounge area.
The complex itself is located on a hillside overlooking the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman's Beach and incorporates a large outdoor swimming pool and family BBQ area.
Only 5 minutes walk away you find yourself in the quaint Old Town of Albufeira with its restaurants, bars and refurbished Fisherman's square offering full entertainment for adults and children alike. Car hire is not necessary as two large supermarkets are within 5 to 10 minutes walk and a smaller supermarket is within a 2-minutes stroll.
Salgados, Vilamoura, Pine Cliffs and Vila Sol golf courses are all within a 10- to 15 minute drive.
Mentioning just a few of the other fantastic attractions the Algarve has to offer, they include Aquashow Park of Quarteira, Slide and Splash in Lagoa, Zoo Marine in Guia, the annual Fiesa Sand Sculpture festival (the largest in the world, running from April - October) and many more.

Access to the pool area is only a short stroll away from the apartment. Access to the apartment is via steps and therefore may not be suitable for less mobile guests. Security is excellent as it is a closed and gated condominium.

Whilst linen, bath/hand towels are provided, please ensure you bring your own beach towels for use on the terraces, around the pool and on the beach. These can also be readily and cheaply purchased locally in town.

Entering the apartment you are welcomed by an open plan, light and spacious area offering you an upper dining level, with wall mounted air-conditioning unit, a fully equipped kitchen, access to the large air-conditioned bedroom and shower room. The lower lounge area has a TV showing more than 100 channels, two sofa beds with beds which pull out from beneath them, two chairs and coffee table. The apartment has its own dedicated WIFI. Winter heating is available, should it be necessary, via the wall mounted air-conditioning and / or oil filled radiators.
The apartment sleeps 2 spaciously, 4 comfortably but can sleep 6 easily. The two single beds in the bedroom can be pushed together, and there are 4 sofa beds in the living area.
The large terrace has a dining table and chairs and is accessed via patio doors from the lounge area.

The complex comprises of a mixture of residential and holiday lets. There is a large outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end for children. There is free street parking outside the complex. Just across from the pool is an area guests can utilise for BBQing.
