This Fantastic 4 Bedroom Detached Private Villa with Private Pool is Totally Enclosed and Fully Alarmed,
Situated On A Good Sized Plot with Gardens Front and Rear,
The Villa is fully Air-Conditioned and is included from 15/07 - 31/08 and available as an option for 150 € per week out of these dates as to not charge people when not required,
The villa as been fully modernized with new bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and Sat TV, Wi-Fi is available for the property at 35 € per week and must be pre-booked,
The fully fitted kitchen is supplied with all you will need and the lounge has a large LCD TV.
The large open plan lounge / kitchen opens onto the gardens where you will find a grass area for the sunbeds and the 5 x 3.5-meter shaped pool (Enclosed for children's safety) and at the back of the property there is table and chairs and a pergola for outside dining and a large BBQ.
We also have another 3 - 6-bedroom villa next door for families travelling together,
There is a 500 Gbp damage deposit plus credit card when families and 150 Gbp per person when groups over 25 years old and 200 Gbp person when under 25 years old

By Annajhawkey on 23-Aug-2024Was a fantastic villa everything that we needed, close to the strip but far away that we didn’t hear the noise. Clean and tidy and lovely outside area with bbq and pool and plenty of sun loungers. Dale the host was fantastic responded to all questions and sorted out transfers and a trip to zoo marine with transfers for us as well.
Great Family Villa
By MercerBlack on 14-Oct-2023We arrived end of September for 9 nights the whole process from booking the villa to meeting Dale and him showing around the villa was a really fast and easy process. Dale was really friendly and showed us everything we needed to know about the villa, the villa was clean and a great size as was the pool and a great place for families as the pool area is gated! Location was brilliant a stones throw away from everything but quiet enough you don't hear anything. Great added touch was the amount of towels left and beach towels for when around the pool. Would highly recommend.
Great Villa
By Peter Moyes on 04-Jul-2022We had a great family holiday at the Villa it was quiet but a stones throw away from all the action and pretty central for visits to the beach and old town taxis were cheap enough. We had a 10 month old Baby so a Villa was ideal for everyone to get the most from our holiday. We got engaged at the villa during our stay it will remain a pretty special place for the rest of our lifes. Thanks again we will be back 100% highly recommend. Pete and Lynne
Great villa, great location, great price!
By PeterFlanagan3 on 23-May-2017Just back, having spent a week in villa Sonia. Stayed with my 3 brothers, but there were enough beds to sleep 8-9. Villa had everything you could hope for, clean, well equipped, decent Wi-Fi, fully air conditioned, private, secure, good pool and barbecue area. Pictures probably don't do it justice. Proximity to the strip was perfect, 2 mins to walk there, but just far enough away to keep out the noise. Oura beach also only a 10 min walk away and you could walk to Old town in about 25-30 mins. Dale was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and accommodating and as previous traveller mentioned, reliable transfer service, with Bruno the driver extremely likeable. Overall, highly recommend this villa to other travellers.
