What a great apartment. From the first contact with Maureen to the end of the holiday, everything was brilliant. Perfect location on edge of town, 5 minute walk to the beach and the main square. The apartment has all the amenities and a perfect terrace out the front for all the sunshine. We will definitely be back.
Communication with Maureen is always quick, honest and friendly. The room has everything you need and is home from home. The WiFi was fast we watched Netflix and utube. Rooms were very clean. I always do bay view as we like Eddys bar. Pool is quiet and clean.
Beautiful place to stay.Nice and clean, got everything in the apartment you need from cooker to washing machine to ironing board and iron, hairdryer. like I said before from home from home, The beach is 5 minutes away,the square in the old town is 5 minutes away, the Marina is a 15 minutes walk! Lots for kids to do zoo, play In the nice pool on site. Last thing to mention is Maureen is absolutely amazing she sorts everything house from start to finish and even sorts out transfers. Need to book quick as it books out quickly x
Apartment ideal for a family with kids. Two separate bedrooms, one double and one twin. Two bathrooms meaning two showers. Great for speeding things up in evenings. Open plan kitchen living are also fab. We did not use any cooking facilities but large fridge for snacks and drinks was ideal. Ground floor so outdoor terrace attached to property. Safe and secure accommodation. Ideal location for beach, old town square and also getting to marina. Ideal for family of four. From the booking process to condition of property, all seamless. Would recommend.
We have been coming to this two bedroom apartment now for nearly 10 years. It has everything to make this the perfect holiday destination. From its location which is perfect to the beach and old town square, to numerous restaurants and bars. Its balcony has the sun shining on it from early morning and just beautiful to have your morning coffee beside the old church. The communication from Maureen is first class and she is on hand for any queries. It’s so safe and friendly - and Ric the maintenance man is always on site if need anything. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who are a lovely family and keep the apartment in first class condition. You will struggle to find anything to the same standard as this one within old town albuferia.
We have stayed here and the one bedroom apartment numerous times the apartments are well maintained with everything you could possibly need ,they are I a very central location with everything on your doorstep.l would highly recommend them. Also I have found Maureen to be invaluable and a pleasure to book with.
