Description

The Solcosta Apartments Resort is located in Ferreiras-Albufeira and consists of three small blocks of 25 apartments around a large swimming pool in 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom and studio apartments variety (we can also accommodate larger families in a few apartments )

This advertisement is for 1 bedroom apartment which can sleep 2-4 persons ( 2 bedroom and studio, apartments also, available – please ask )

The apartment has bedroom either with a double bed or 2 single beds, separate kitchen, fully bathroom with bath and shower, living room with 2 single beds / sofas,
large balcony with table and chairs with a pool side or village/country view.
All apartments are fully air conditioned with satellite TV, direct dial telephones, safes, balconies, free WI-FI, full bathrooms & equipped kitchens.

Mature garden, large outdoor swimming pool and children's pool with plenty of sun loungers, coin laundry, parking, Reception bar, ping-pong table & snooker table in July & Aug, hairdresser and fully equipped gymnasium. Conveniently located nearby are various restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, market, chemist, baker, butcher, banks, paper shop and local church. You can walk to Aldi or Intermarche in about 8 minutes ( 650 meters )

Mature garden with shaded areas if required, very attractive pond with fountain & small bridge running length of reception which contains large fish/turtles
Safe and well lit premises with CCTV in operation. Large lawn behind the resort very popular with the kids. Outdoor barbeque area.
Maid service included every 3 days. Bed linen and bathroom towels included. Final cleaning included. FREE wireless internet !

-check-in from 15:00h and check-out at 11:00h.
For early arrivals luggage can be stored in reception and you are welcome to start enjoying the pool. If the apartment is ready earlier, you can of course check-in earlier.

- Arrivals any day of the week for any number of nights (flights are usually cheaper midweek but in peak season it may only be possible to check-in on
specific dates when other guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate you on your preferred dates.

- Shorter stays than 1 week possible, subject to availability.

-All prices are per week for 2-3 persons. The cost for additional person is £70.00 per week up to maximum of 4 persons.

-25% deposit required when making a reservation. Balance ( 75% ) is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
It’s also possible to pay 25% deposit, second 25% deposit - 8 weeks before arrival and balance ( 50% ) in our reception on
arrival with a credit card, debit card or cash in euros. Please let us know if you prefer this payment option.

-Payments can be made in sterling direct to our bank in UK or by bank transfer in euros to our bank in Portugal.
Payment instructions with bank details will be send together with booking confirmation.

-The city of Albufeira tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per day up to maximum of 7 nights ( all persons over 12 years old ) is payable on arrival



CAR HIRE & PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFERS & LOCAL TRANSPORT


For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Resort Solcosta.

We can also reserve private airport transfers. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the Resort.
The costs is €44.00 each way for 2-4 persons, €52.00 for 5-6 persons, €55.00 for 7-8 persons and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.

There is also a local bus service every 30 minutes with the bus stop 150 meters from the resort to all parts of Albufeira including Old Town, Marina and the strip.
Many guests use Uber which is easily available in Albufeira and cost from around €6.00 to old town.

Golf, water parks, Zoomarine, Algarve Shopping with cinemas and golden beaches of Albufeira are only a few minutes by car.
