The Solcosta Apartments Resort is located approximately 4km from the beach and Old Town of Albufeira and consists of three small blocks of 25 apartments around a large swimming pool in 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom and studio apartments variety (we can also accommodate larger families in a few apartments )
This advertisement is for 1 bedroom apartment which can sleep 2-4 persons.
The apartment has bedroom for 2 persons and living room with 2 single beds / sofas.
All prices are per week for 2-3 persons. The cost for additional person is £70.00 per week up to maximum of 4 persons.
All apartments are fully air conditioned with sat TV, direct dial telephones, safes, balconies, free WI-FI, full bathrooms & fully equipped kitchens.
Mature garden, large outdoor swimming pool and children's pool with plenty of sun loungers, coin laundry, parking, Reception bar, ping-pong table & snooker table in July & Aug, dental clinic, hairdresser and fully equipped gymnasium. Conveniently located nearby are various restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, market, chemist, baker, butcher, banks, paper shop and local church.

- Shorter stays than 1 week possible, subject to availability.
25% deposit required when making a reservation.
Balance ( 75% ) is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
It’s also possible to pay 25% deposit, second 25% deposit - 8 weeks before arrival and balance ( 50% ) in our reception on arrival with a credit card, debit card or cash in euros. Please let us know if you prefer this payment option.
Payments can be made in sterling direct to our bank in UK or by bank transfer in euros to our bank in Portugal.
Payment instructions with bank details will be send together with booking confirmation.
The city of Albufeira tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per day up to maximum of 7 nights ( all persons over 12 years old )

All apartments are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating system, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, wireless internet, safe, full bathroom and a balcony with either a pool side or village/country view.
Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens Solcosta offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool and separate children's pool, ping-pong table and snooker table in July and August, coin laundry, parking, Reception bar open all year, dental clinic, hairdresser and fully equipped gymnasium.
Mature garden with shaded areas if required, very attractive pond with fountain & small bridge running length of reception which contains large fish/turtles
Safe and well lit premises with CCTV in operation. Large lawn behind the resort very popular with the kids. Outdoor barbeque area.
Maid service included every 3 days. Bed linen and bathroom towels included. Final cleaning included.

- CAR HIRE & PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFERS
For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Resort Solcosta.
We can also reserve a taxi or a minibus from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the Resort.
The costs is €44.00 each way for 2-4 persons, €52.00 for 5-6 persons, €55.00 for 7-8 persons and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.
There is also a local bus service every 30 minutes with the bus stop 150 meters from the resort to all parts of Albufeira including Old Town, Marina and the strip.
Golf, water parks, Zoomarine, Algarve Shopping with cinemas and golden beaches of Albufeira are only a few minutes by car.
