Villa Laranjeira is one of our holiday villas to rent in Albufeira. Fabulously appointed villa with sea views, in the most sought after area of Albufeira – Cerro Grande. Just a 2 minute walk from bars, coffee shop, restaurant, supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the old town of Albufeira and the beaches. 5 minute walk to the new Albufeira marina. The best position in Albufeira! This 3 storey villa offers excellent, spacious accommodation with cool terracotta tiling throughout.

The entrance hall opens to the marble staircase, with feature lighting on the steps, and down into the open plan lounge with sofa seating plus cable/satellite television. The separate fully fitted kitchen has been installed for family living with electric ceramic hob, eye level oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and American Fridge Freezer with ice and water dispenser. There is a granite breakfast bar with stools where you can enjoy your breakfast. Kitchen door opens to the pool area. There is a dining area with French doors to the side terrace and a fully tiled shower room, with wc and sink, downstairs. The lounge has full length sliding glass doors leading to dining terrace and swimming pool.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, the master double bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool and sea. There is a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

The top floor provides a huge roof terrace offering magnificent views over the sea and Albufeira, and to Vilamoura and Faro beyond.
