Stay in a quality villa with pool in independent apartment with comforts of home with it’s own living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and 2 balconies.The first floor apartment is fully air conditioned with 2 bedrooms ( twin and double ) modern kitchen with ceramic top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc. full bathroom with bath and overhead shower and living room with satellite TV with English channels, CD/DVD, safe and patio doors to a balcony with table and chairs. FREE and unlimited WI-FI available in the apartment.
Villa Eber is a spectacular villa situated near beaches and Old Town of Albufeira, marina with boat trips, water sports, golf, tennis courts, Zoomarine, water parks, Crazy Golf, Karting, Algarve Shopping and many other Algarve attractions.
All apartments are independent, spacious, very comfortable, fully air conditioned with modern kitchens and full bathrooms, satellite TV with English speaking channels, CD/DVD, free and unlimited WI-FI, safes and balconies or veranda. Beautifully kept garden with a large swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The villa enjoys a superb location in a very quiet area but close to old town and is only 3 minutes drive ( around €4.00 - €5.00 with Uber ) from the capital of tourism in the Algarve the town of Albufeira with great restaurants, unforgettable nightlife and beautiful golden beaches.
Private secure parking inside the property grounds behind automatic gates with remote control.
Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels.
Villa Eber is very popular with couples looking for peace and quiet in a quality villa accommodation, close to old town of Albufeira.
Many of our regular guests come back every year and enjoy the quality of staying in the villa in it’s own apartment at very reasonable cost.
The swimming pool is over 1,60cm deep and the villa is not suitable for small children but we would be delighted to accommodate the little ones in our other villas and small resort with apartments – please ask and I will send details.
Local restaurants - 10 min walk, local cafe 8 minutes walk – serves very good breakfast, lunch & dinner, nearest supermarket 8 min walk and larger one 12 min walk, local bus stop at Albufeira Camping - 8 min walk, Taxis are easily available to Old Town of Albufeira - 3 minutes ride ( €4.00 - €5.00 with Uber )

25% deposit required when making a reservation ( for bookings made now for 2025 we only require initial 10% deposit )
Balance ( 75% ) is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
It’s also possible to pay 25% deposit, second 25% deposit - 8 weeks before arrival and balance ( 50% ) in cash in euros on arrival. Please let us know if you prefer this payment option.
Payments can be made in sterling direct to our bank in UK or by bank transfer in euros to our bank in Portugal.
The city of Albufeira tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per day up to maximum of 7 nights ( all persons over 12 years old ) is payable on arrival
Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local information.
For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber.
We can also reserve private airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €44.00 each way for 2-4 people and €52.00 for 5-6 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.

Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside.
Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 min. drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira and new marina about 4-5 minutes.

The hosts were super attentive; always finding solutions if we needed something, friendly, always reachable, and overall just great. We felt safe and familiar. We would really recommend it and are looking forward to come back

Excellent stay
By Melanie B. on 31-Jul-2024We had a wonderful stay. The apartment and grounds were very clean and well kept. Andrew greeted us on our arrival and was on hand throughout our stay for any help. The apartments are close to supermarkets and the old town for all the bars and restaurants (4-5€ in Uber). I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing break away.
2 bedroom apartment
By Jennifer on 01-Jul-2024We stayed for 2 weeks in the 2 bedroom apartment. Our daughter who is 22 came for a week with us and we had the second week just the 2 of us. Very clean, plenty of cutlery etc to eat in. We used the barbecue a few times which was equally lovely. The pool and poolside clean and very relaxing. Sun-loungers and Parasols all immaculate. The gardens also kept well and look pretty. Andrew recommended a few different beaches and they were spot on. He is very knowledgable of Albuferia and a real nice person. We had a great time and plan to return. The villa is walkable into old town, however I wouldn’t want to walk it in the heat. We had a car but you can also just get Taxi’s Ubers or Bolt cheaply. We drove to the gypsy market in Quarteira held on Wednesdays a great place to haggle and pick yourself up a bargain. Highly recommend Villa Eber, Andrew and Anna are fabulous people and they have a lovely villa.
June break - peaceful getaway - perfect for us
By Mr & Mrs Leathwood on 09-Jun-2024Villa Eber is a short (5 min) Uber ride from the town centre of Albufeira. Location is mainly residential and rural. Lovely and quiet and peaceful. Uber is very reliable in this area, ideal also for trips to a local Aldi (good fresh bakery section). Villa Eber is immaculately presented in a traditional Portuguese style. Cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. Pool area and garden are beautiful. We stayed in a two-bedroomed apartment. The lovely big balcony and well-equipped kitchenette enticed us to eat in more than we had planned to. Guests are expected to be respectful that the hosts wish to provide a restful and tranquil holiday environment. Our hosts were excellent guides, on hand to offer any local knowledge. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, the towels were fluffy, plenty of hanging space for clothes, a good quality room safe, satellite TV, good Wi-Fi, good outdoor drying space for swim-wear, very comfortable sun loungers, pool area was spacious, pleasant area to have a walk around the neighbourhood, we loved it and will return!
