(Situated approximately 5-7 mins drive from Albufeira New and Old towns is this very private, typical Portuguese villa in a quiet setting on a block of 1.200sq m. This villa has a traditional Algarvian design and has been fully renovated with all the modern comforts including a new, large and private south-facing pool. Hours of sunshine!
It is a unique floor level 4 bedroom accommodation with 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps 8 people plus 2 babies or toddlers in cots.
2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms, an open-plan living and dining area and a fully equiped kitchen.
Near the pool you will find a charcoal B.b.q. with a covered sitting area for outside meals and pool shower.
It has air-con (reverse) in the living/dining room. Although they are cool because of the property's very thick walls, all bedrooms have fans and also wardrobes. One or two cots plus high chairs can be available on request). Pool size: 8.40m X 4.50m- Depth: 1 m - 1.70 m
Very child friendly. No mid week cleaning service, only after 7 nights. Smoking only outside. 30 mins drive from Faro airport. Car hire recommended. Prices are based on up to max. 8 persons sharing plus 2 babies/toddlers. Large enclosed area for children to play and a fenced pool for children's and non-swimmer's safety. 2021 first year rental. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday away from it all yet close enough to everything you need, this gorgeous, cosy villa with no steps and very generous areas, will definately be the right choice !
