This is our second visit to this lovely villa. It is perfect for a family, spacious and clean. It is a lovely walk to the old town and is very peaceful
We can't speak highly enough of our 2 week stay this summer. Villa was absolutely perfect had everything we needed. Our kids had so much fun. Maria and her husband were so lovely and welcoming we couldn't have been more grateful for their generosity. We will definitely visit again!
stayed here 1st week in July. Lovely hosts, Maria took us to Aldi when we arrived and waited to take us back. There was just my friend and I on a girls holiday and the villa was huge. We both had our own floor for sleeping and felt like private suites. Beds were comfy and large balconies, bedrooms huge. Full bathrooms on both floors, though the top floor shower could do with a new shower head as you had to adjust the water pressure else it was at a horizontal aim hitting the far wall. Hand wash , toilet rolls, towels and sunbed towels plenty of. The flooring throughout was beautiful, I felt walking up the stairs I was in a mansion! Kitchen had everything you needed. Utility room separate and again everything you needed. downstairs shower room/toilet Outside area was amazing, we did not user the outside kitchen as we ate out all the time. Swimming pool very clean and not cold. Comfy sunbeds , 1 of the umbrellas needs replacing as any bit of wind lifted it from its base and flew off. Farm Village down the road (5 min walk) did lovely food and staff were so friendly. Service was a bit slow but that's because the Portugal game was on, so we didn't mind, plenty of screens to watch the match and knock back Sangria. local supermarket 15-20 min walk , best to do early morning before gets to hot to stock up on fresh bread, water etc used UBER for nights out and varied 4-5 euros to Old Town. The villa is an an area of rentals and residential. The villa attached to ours had 8 young lads staying in it, who after their first day did turn down their music when we asked. and then after that they were not up till after 1pm anyway. The villa opposite you could hear the slight boom boom of dance music all day long so I guess it depends who your neighbours are when you go. yes there are loud barking dogs but you get used to them, they tended only to bark for a few minutes when people walked past their homes. neighbourhood is clean and felt very safe. all in all we had a wonderful stay at Marias Villa and would definitely recommend. The price is great for what you get.
We had an amazing week in Maria's House. From my initial contact to our last day Maria and her Husband were wonderful to deal with. Our flight was 3 hours delayed and we didn't arrive to the house until after midnight, Maria and here Husband were there to meet with us and even left a stocked fridge with supplies for the next day. The house was spotless and equiped with everything we needed for the week. Our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children, absolutely loved the pool, it was the perfect size for us all to have hours of fun in. Less than 5 mins in a car and you are in the Old Town of Alberferia. We have already recommended the house to friends and family and we will most certainly be booking again in the near future. Thanks Maria!

Great villa, beautiful pool, everything we asked for, spent a relaxing two weeks just chilling by the pool or sitting on the terrace reading. Villa within easy walking or driving distance of the many attractions on offer nearby. Our hostess Maria was extremely helpful. Our flight to Faro was an evening flight and we arrived late at the villa but Maria was there to meet us and had left food items for our breakfast the following morning.
This villa is a beautiful villa, we had an amazing stay here. The villa is situated in a very quiet location with the exception of the barking dogs, which after a few days becomes white noise! To walk to the old town it is an approximate 20/25 minute walk but you get to walk through some lovely parks and can come out directly at the top of the old town. There is a local supermarket and restaurants for something at a lesser distance
